“Little Cookies”
Ingredients
250 g flour
200 g sugar
200 g butter
2 eggs
Directions
Put the butter into the microwave to
melt it a little bit.
With a crankshaft, mix the sugar and
the melted butter.
Add the eggs, one by one, till you have
a fluffy dough.
2. Then, add the flour all at once and mix.
You may add an extra flavour, if you
want, like lemon.
Extend the dough with a pasta roll til
you get a 0,5 cm height.
Cut the dough with some nice cake
shapes.
3. Take the cookies to the oven with a
180º temperature for 10-12 minutes.
