- It is âBlankâ cheque issued to the common account of the receiving bank.

The bank officer enters all the respective details
(codes) of the transfer from the Soft copy of SPP
protocol, and the data about the incoming transfer
in the favor of the receiver according to the
investment contract into the bank log book.

Bank officer goes into the program Target 2 PLUS
and through the front desk cashier goes to CREDIT
PLUS CODES program in subdirectory DEBIT
INCOMING TRANSFER and then enters all codes from
the copy of SPP protocol 3 (except access code).

There should be a time gap of 7-10 min between
entering of each code.
ï

The bank officer debits the sending bank for the
amount mentioned in the SPP3 protocol.

After he enters all codes correctly then a
window ~ in compensation~ appears on
the screen and the next procedure takes
from 20 min-to 23 hours.

Please note that in case the ACCESS
code shows in RED color after being
entered the officer should delete it and
continue the procedure without it. In
most cases the ACCESS code is just
required for the registration in the LOG
BOOK.

The system will see the balance increased in the
Receiving bank and this information of the balance
increase will be reflected in all levels/institutions of
the system . After the funds are debited the system
will show RED check mark and the officer should
request SIDIX codes from the central bank to enter
these codes into the system and this way to finalize
the transfer.

When the above information on the balance
increase in your bank and the inserted transaction
codes reaches the system of the Payersâ bank the
financial/cash cover will be debited in favor of the
bank which had increased the balance using the
transaction codes.

funds cover for the incoming transfer.

OFFICER GOES TO THE DEBIT PAGE SCREEN (AS IF ISSUING A CHEQUE
OR AN OVERDRAFT).

STARTS THE TRANSACTION BY PROVIDING THE BASIC INFORMATION

After entering all the details please wait for a few minutes for the handshake and the transaction to register. The
Payersâ bank will immediately pick this up to balance the settlement account and transfer the order directly onto
the ordering account. (Hereafter the transaction is verifiable on the SWIFT.COM as a legally transmitted transfer).
NB: The bank officer should not CREDIT the receiverâs account. He should DEBIT the payersâ bank by incoming
transfer from his bank. Once it is done the system will automatically increase the balance of the receiving bank
and the customer for the amount of the incoming payment. The Basis for debiting the Payersâ bank are the
inserted transaction codes. After it is done the TRANSFER will appear in all levels of the system as sent in a
normal automatic way (not in a manual mode).

In case you have followed the procedure in the right way and
inserted the data correctly in the page DEBIT INCOME TRANSFER and
there was no red color sign indicating ERROR and you pressed ENTER
after that you should have seen the sign WAIT or a similar sign on
the screen - all that means that you are done everything correctly
and the system is waiting for the confirmation of the coverage. TO
REMOVE THE RED CHECK MARK YOU SHOULD REQUEST THE SIDIX
CODES FROM THE CENTRAL BANK.

The confirmation will appear in the system as a
debit of funds in favor of the beneficiary account.
The confirmation of the coverage and the coming of
funds may take up to 72 hours (in Europe).
