Cyberknife Robotic radiosurgery is a very intense and complex technology system. Therefore, there are a variety of education and training needs for this form of Radiosurgery System that will prove both vital and beneficial in health care. For instance, Accuray Incorporated offers two forms of training for physicians that include the following: hands-on training and two online courses.
The online course that we can use is basically designed and tailored for physicians who are training on for the Cyberknife Robotic Radiosurgery System; in every treatment area (Accuray Incorporated, 2012, para. 1). The Full Body course is also designed for physicians to obtain a better understanding while placing emphasis on the interrelationship between treatment planning, clinical application, patient, and treatment delivery methods. However, the hands-on training instructions for individuals are given on effectively performing required tasks for those meeting the criteria in prescribing, approving, and reviewing treatments.
In addition, the other online course CNS Radiosurgery Module, is designed, and tailored for those training physicians whom use the Cyberknife Robotic Radiosurgery System to treat various areas of the central nervous system such as tumors. Through this course our physicians will also receive instructions on head and neck treatment techniques as well. Regarding hands-on, the physicians using the Cyberknife Robotic Radiosurgery System will obtain knowledge of how to perform effectively each required tasks (Accuray Incorporated, 2012, para. 2).
Health care innovation has humanized the health care industry in which technology has gone beyond ones expectations. As new inventions has enhanced the lives of individuals, and revolutionized the health care industry in storing data, communication process, and enhancing the delivery of patient care , thus making improved efficiency a long-term goal (The Public Sector Innovation Journal, 2009)

According to an article in the Yale Hospital New Haven News, (2012-2013), ”The future holds many possibilities in cancer treatment, such as the CyberKnife Radiosurgery. This procedure has become necessary; as this type of surgery option makes it possible to enhance traditional cancer treatment providing the patient with the option of a non- invasive surgical procedure that minimizes radiation use, saves time, and cuts organizational cost” (Yale New Haven the Best Hospital News, 2012-2013)
Regardless of the productivity provided by the CyberKnife device, the organization makes it necessary to ensure regulated standard such as (PHI) Private Health Information, safety and education for both patient and employees are followed and within the (HIPAA) The Health Information Portability and Accountability Act, federal, and state guidelines in accordance to law (Person prentice hall, el2004-2010).
