Manager
Worked as a Manager with Magic Software Pvt. Limited.
Working as a project manager in managing a complete end-to-end mobile platform testing solution.
o This is an exciting new product that has been envisioned in our organization to solve the problems currently startups/existing
businesses are facing while launching mobile friendly products with thousands of devices to test them with. It will not always be
feasible for everyone to go out there and acquire multiple mobile devices to do both automated functional testing and manual
testing.
o This project involves integration of multiple solutions into one umbrella to deliver a complete end-to-end testing solution to the
customer.
o The product can be customized to be a cloud based solution or could also be deployed on business premises as a way to
optimized usage of devices.
o My role in this project is to manage the weekly sprints and to get adoption for this program within the organization as start and
then to leverage that experience to tailor it into a marketable product for external entities.
Worked as a project manager for development of a LMS created based on multiple open-source libraries and technologies.
o This project is part of an organization initiative which has been envisioned to grow out as an independent product/platform in the
market. Our sales and marketing team is currently pitching this to various customers in the market and packaging it in various
ways as per customer requirements
o My role in this project is to manage changing demands on the requirements.
o Also, have to manage multiple teams to create content for this LMS with quick POCs everywhere.
o This involves dealing with multiple set of potential customers with different needs, so the LMS has to be showcased as per the
specifics of each customer and also make the product moving forward as per the initial vision.
Contributed as a project manager in developing online-offline reader apps for multiple platforms. This was an enhancement of a pre-
existing app, which involved complete removal of licensed libraries and replacing with other third party open source library.
3. o This was a technology driven piece from a top publisher with whom we worked with successfully for more than 5 years. This
product had 4 different set of apps for 4 platforms (windows, mac, android and iOS) already deployed on thousands of students
desktops and devices across US. Our goal was to enhance this app, remove the licensed third party libraries besides fixing
customer issues. My role comprised of working with 4 separate technical teams along with an overall Solution Architect and
deliver 4 apps which works similarly across platforms.
o This project had various challenges with the different platforms, most of all with meeting deadlines for the licensed software
getting expired and the school session starting, and the app being ready with all the student annotations still intact. My team
always proposed more than one possible solution with the pros and cons for each, which the customer took away and
confirmed on one of them meeting their budgets and timelines.
o The project was based on Agile, so we had 3 weekly sprints along going on with daily scrums along with the customer. This
being an important piece with a large account, Customer Engagement was a key attribute of this role.
