Tips For Better Life

Try to make at least three people smile each day.

Smile and laugh more . It will keep the good energy with you .

Hello ! Take a short walk every day and while you walk smile and say ‘hallo’ to everyone you meet.

Remember sometimes life isn't fair, but it's still good and you can make it better and better every day.

Think kind things; say kind things, be kind to other people.

Pray for your enemies. God can change them.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day and think what nice has happened that day.

Dream! Your dreams can come true!

Take your time with your friends and family.

Spend more time with people who are optimistic.

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

Forgive everyone for everything.

Peace, love and joy should dominate your life.

Do not think too much of your future. Today is important.

Tidy up your past, so it won't mess up the present.

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

Remember, the best is still ahead.

Be grateful for being able to see and hear the beauty of your life.

Look around, life is really beautiful!
