The Beam On PrintPart System was developed to address the shortcomings of mini stencils for solder paste printing. It eliminates issues with inconsistent printing, required keep away clearances, and sometimes needing to remove components. The PrintPart System allows direct printing on components and is compatible with most common rework systems. It provides an even, consistent method for depositing solder paste.
2. Introducing the Beam On PrintPart System
This system was specifically developed to address the shortcomings of mini stencils.
Mini stencils do not print consistently, require significant keep away clearances, and in
extreme cases require removal of discrete components to accommodate the process.
Our PrintPart System eliminates these issues and permits you to print directly on the
component. Most importantly, it is developed to be compatible with most common
rework systems such as SRT, AirVac, and other popular rework machines
