Seoul, Korea
This new mixed-use project encompasses 5,635,495 sq ft and includes three office
buildings, an 800-room hotel with meeting rooms, ballroom and conference rooms,
and below grade retail and parking.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada
This project will include two office towers with a connecting podium, and with an
atrium or winter garden and underground parking. The gross construction area
above grade will be approximately 3 million sq ft.

This 4.1-million sq ft, $400 million mixed-used development is one of the largest in
the world. It includes a 73-story, 1,300-room four-star hotel; a 28-story, twin-core,

Guggenheim Museum
Bilbao, Spain
This much-celebrated museum contains 30 major art galleries for permanent and
temporary exhibits. The entire 300,000 sq ft building has uniform temperature and
humidity controls to provide appropriate environmental conditions for the artwork.
Multiple systems allow for idling conditions during off-hours and unused functional
time.

Bank Danamon Mixed-Use Complex
Jakarta, Indonesia
Bank Danamon Corporate Headquarters includes two high-rise mixed-use office
towers of 49,280 m2. There will also be a covered riverwalk service level and under-

Paris, France
This Anew, 44,000 m2 office building is served by a 2400 kW Basement water cooled
chiller + 2200 kW district cooling, as well as 2x 1500 kVA diesel generators serving
both tenant and base building.

Paris, France
This project entailed the complete renovation of a 47,000 m2 office building. SFR is
the major tenant in the building. Amenities such as company restaurant, cafeteria,
and kitchen, executive meeting/private dining salons, auditorium and fitness center

Photography Museum
Qatar
This new museum encompasses approximately 28,000 sq meters and includes such
program areas as permanent and temporary galleries, a library, photography labs,
administrative offices, a multi-purpose hall, as well as public reception areas, a
restaurant and museum shop. The facility will be home to the government of Qatar’s
extensive collection of photographs and photographic equipment.

Rodin Museum
Seoul, Korea
This highly specialized, 1,500 sq meter museum houses artifacts from the private col-
lection of the Samsung family, including three Rodin sculptures. The ventilated double-
wall glass structure has reversible air flow by season, suspended shading devices and
specialty coated glass, as well as structurally glazed walls and roof. A heat-recovery
system dramatically reduces the facility’s energy consumption.

Torre Mayor
Mexico City, Mexico
This premier 50-story, 1.5 million sq ft office tower is located in the center of Mexico
City’s business district. The tower offers the best of high-tech office environments
on floors of approximately 21,000 sq ft each. Building systems were designed for
maximum flexibility for future upgrades. Sprinklers are installed throughout all of the
floors and a computerized, fully automatic BMS system provides control and monitor-
ing capabilities for HVAC, fire protection, and life safety features.
