As a Mainframe technical software engineer, I am involved in different technical activities.
This is a support cum dev project which involves lots of daily &special change or permanent
request. I am involved in technical job creation ,fixes and solution implementation, change
requests of daily insurance and mainly primary of data transmission related issues.
I am Working in depth personalization myself to provide solution without customization
wherever possible and helping clients to achieve those detailed behaviors wherever
required.
This project is having lots of integration with different applications and hence we use IBM
mainframes and development cum support is being maintained by our team. Through direct
contact with Customers wear highly capable of maintaining one of the oldest US clients
handled by TCS which then flows to different lower world applications and also other
applications. Here I need to support different issues that are occurring due to integrations
with client data based applications and also beginning to work on certain automation for
cost cutting and time saving requests.
