Participatory Management of Safe School
Project by using The
PAOR Workshop Process

Nikhomsangtonengchangwatrayong 4 School
The operative strategy for developing a system for the safety
and security of the students of Nikhomsangtonengchangwatrayong 4
School emphasizes participation among students, teachers, parents,
community and private networks. This system will contribute to the
safety of children in both the physical environment and with regard to
their personal safety
Introduction and Objective
Procedures.
PAOR practical implementation process is as follows.
Teachers and educators, parents, communities
and the private sector meet to study network analysis.
Current conditions demand problem and configurable
security developments.
1. Planning Stage (Plan – P)
2.1 Coordinating partners contribute to the solution of the physical
environment of the school and the individual. Summary Prevention
2.2 Accident prevention plan Accidents, physical and personnel in
school.
2.3 Agreement to raise awareness of safety measures and the
physical environment of the school. Every rider must wear a helmet while
riding motorcycles.
2. Action Stage (Action - A)
2.1 Coordinating partners contribute to the solution
of the physical environment of the school and the individual.

Observe success the project by Evaluation
Questionnaire 5 level and asked about the three aspects,
(environment, accident and personal) total 19 questions.
The samples are parents or communities 20, teachers
20 and students in prathom 4-6 and Mathayom 1-3 60
(total 100 person)
The result show that a best level all aspects.
The results were analyzed to assess the students'
behavior. To conclude as a guide to develop.
3. Observation Stage (Observation-O)
Conclusions and recommendations are used to develop a
school safety plan.
4. Reflection Stage (Reflection-R)
1. Teachers and educators are aware of the safety of
students in the school Nikhomsangtonengchangwatrayong 4
School.
2. Nikhomsangtonengchangwatrayong 4 School plans and
schedules security measures and procedures clearly.
3. Students will have knowledge and awareness of
Safety and behave accordingly, with respect to both the
physical environment and their individual persons.
Outcomes
Participatory management Safe School Program The
workshop process PAOR teachers, students and educational
personnel. Nikhomsangtonengchangwatrayong 4 School are
aware of the security plan and security measures in schools.
Is acceptable to the community and other agencies.
