     Just a few simple best practices to note:

     • No more than 70 characters long if possible
     • Place keywords as close to the beginning of the title as possible
     • Use the keyword in the title at least once, more if it seems right

Header Tags




   Compared to regular paragraph text, headings are far more likely to
   be read as keywords by search engines. For this reason, it is always
   good to include keywords in your headings for SEO.

Using Header Tags




  As the header tag number increases, the keyword weight diminishes so
  using <h4> and <h5> won’t influence keyword weight much more than
  normal text.

Using Header Tags




 Including too many heading tags dilutes the importance of keywords in
 other headings, so don’t go too crazy.

 An example of how to use header tags in a post is to include them as
 paragraph or list titles.

Keywords in Context




           Try to bold the keywords at least once, too. It tends to help.

           Also try to include keywords at least three times in the body
           copy of a blog post. This does not include using it as a title, in
           a heading or in bold.

           Understandably, if it is a short post you can decrease the
           number to make it readable.
