A student's rights are one of the most important rights a person can have. Many believe that minors
and students do not share the same rights as adults do. They see students as having to adhere to the
will of adults and that they do not have a say in the matter. This directly goes against the basic
principles of this nation; all American citizens have the same First Amendment rights. First
Amendment rights in this country do not begin when you are an adult at the age of 18, it begins at
birth. Being a student does not temporarily suspend these First Amendment rights. As the famous
Supreme Court quote goes, "students do not shed their constitutional rights at the school house
gate." Children are raised to know their rights as American citizens. Nowhere does it state that

presented a choice between the two. Some claim that you either believe in God or evolution, not
both. Others, that you have to choose young earth creationism simply because theistic evolution is

chemical pesticides for killing different types of pest. Insecticides kill insect pests, herbicides kill
weeds and fungicides kill disease– causing fungi. Biodegradable pesticides are broken down by the

Non–biodegradable pesticides cannot be broken down by organisms and remain in the environment

International Review states in an article entitled Big Tuna that "Bluefin tuna poaching has doubled
in volume since 2007" (MIN, 2010, page 9). The doubling of poaching is due to the increased
demand for the product of tuna. Due to the increased demand of for tuna are killed in large numbers
in order to meet demands.
When the number of tuna killed continues to rise the species are wiped out so fast they have no
time to repopulate. This idea is known as overfishing (National Geographic, N.D.). Technology

elders. The people cling to traditions and are very religious and social in nature. Buddhism religion

Christians respectively. Here, the people are very generous and engage in social activities, donations
and charities for the society.

The cuisine of Sri Lanka is influenced by the neighbouring countries and the foreign traders who

Michelangelo Buonarrotti, although considered by many a Florentine, was actually born in
Caprese, Italy in 1475. Michelangelo was an inspired artist of the Renaissance period. He and
Leonardo DaVinci were considered to be the two greatest figures of this highly artistic movement.
Michelangelo was a highly versatile artist and was involved in sculpting, architecture, painting, and

During this same time period, Michelangelo produced several Madonnas; including the painting the
Holy Family (also known as the Doni Madonna), a statue of the Madonna and Child (called the

Michelangelo was called to Rome by Pope Julius II to create a tomb for him which was to contain

the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo returned to the work on Julius' tomb, completing the figure of

X, Lorenzo de' Medici's son. At the Medici family's parish church in Florence, San Lorenzo,
Michelangelo created tombs for Giuliano and Lorenzo de' Medici (II) and designed the Laurentian
library, an annex to San Lorenzo.
In 1534, Michelangelo left Florence for Rome, where he was to spend the remainder of his life.
He returned to the Sistine Chapel where he created the Last Judgment, another fresco, on the end
wall. He designed the dome for St. Peter's and the Capitoline Square. He also worked on the
