What Kind Of Student I Am
I have an idea about what kind of student I am. Over the years, I have realized that when I'm not
interested or I feel like I'm not learning/understanding the material, I unconsciously withdraw. I'm
already not a studier so paying attention 100 percent is crucial to my grade. I am very
hardworking and can apply myself to fullest, the problem is I need to learn to apply myself even
more when I'm in need of help, instead of retracting. Unfortunately, sometimes I am also a
procrastinator, but it depends on what and how much the work it is. I can say that I am a very
organized student/person. I color code my notes, make lists, and even set up timers to split my time
accordingly. I am very interested to take some assessments to learn more about myself, and possibly
make some changes. The first assessment I took was the Study Skills Assessment. For Time
Management I got a 14 out of 32. I was a little surprised because I do think I manage my time well.
Although I do get distracted easily with technology and I don't prioritize very efficiently, which
makes sense on why I would score low. For Concentration/Memory I scored a 20 out of 32, which I
think is accurate. I got a fair score, but it could be better. In the Note–Taking section I got a 27 out of
32. I wasn't shocked at all, I usually like taking notes and I've realized which strategies work for me
and which don't. For Test Strategies I received a 23 out of 32. I was a little taken aback, I thought I
would've scored lower.

I am Unique Essay
I am Unique
From the time I was a young child, I have always known I was different from others. Although I
didn't realize I was in any way "smart" until around the fourth grade, I had been skipped up to the
first grade from kindergarten. While friends struggled with homework assignments, finishing them
came easily to me, like riding a bike. Supposedly – I've never ridden a bike.
No, my passion, and talent, from the very beginning, was with written materials. By second
grade, I had my own card for the library and went there at least once a week. While other kids were
rewarded for good behavior with parties, money, or trips with friends, my reward was being able to
walk through the organized rows of books...show more content...
"Are you getting ready for Halloween, honey?" It was July. Embarrassed, I mumbled that I was.
From then on, I tried to "mix in" other types of books. I would throw in a couple of "children's
classics" or informative books, and I absorbed facts and knowledge like a sponge. It was no
surprise then, to my mother, although it was to me, when I scored in the 90th percentile or higher in
nearly every subject on the California test of basic skills.
Strangely enough, my intelligence and love for knowledge never set me apart from my peers.
They either didn't know or didn't care, and I was satisfied enough with my social position to not
want to change their apathetic status toward my abilities. In junior high school, I took pleasure in
peaceably "blending into" my environment. I became, for all practical purposes, as much of a clone
as possible without compromising my beliefs or personality.
True, I was a bit odd naturally. So was everyone else. I had belief systems that didn't fit the typical
intermediate–school kid norm. Everyone else just happened to possess those same beliefs. Maybe
it was just a strange school, but I was perfectly happy to sit back in my group of eight girls and be
typical. I had crushes, faked heartbreak, and passed through life without making a wave. This was
the happiest, calmest, most "normal" time of my life. My grades were exceptional, I was in advanced

I Am A Healthy Life Essay
I'm living a healthy life in most aspects. Fist of all I keep healthy eating habits. I seldom skip
breakfast during my weekdays so that I'm energetic for my classes everyday. I always plan my
breakfast the day before, such as bagels or eggs. Breakfast is important so I try to make it fresh
and delightful. Sometimes I drink tea instead of coffee. Black tea is my favorite because caffeine
in it is lower than green tea or coffee. I always feel too excited after drinking coffee. I feel my
heart beating faster than usual and my hands may even shake. Usually I don't eat a lot at night,
especially before sleeping. This keeps my stomach healthy and prevents me from getting weight. I
prefer eating healthier food rather than fast food such as burgers and fries. Sushi or other Asian
dishes are always my dinner. They are light and balanced in nutrition, and good for my digest
system. However, as a college student, I have some unhealthy behaviors which are common
between me and my friends. The first one is, I always sleep after 12:00 am at night and it can be
later during the weekends. As a result of sleeping late at night, sometimes it is hard for me to get
up early in the morning. On the weekends I always wake up after 11:00 am. This is very
unhealthy because I skip my breakfast and also my biological changes. I have to get used to the
healthy routine again every Monday. Another bad behavior is that I seldom do any exercises. I
used to do it for few times every week, but later I

Describe Myself As A Student
Describe yourself as a student and also your aspirations for the future. Please include examples from
your personal academic and non–academic experiences.
A sophomore at Downtown Magnets High School, I demonstrate passion in my education, ambition
in fulfilling my personal and academic goals, and am an explorative student. My passion for learning
is the result of my mindset, in that aside from finding education a necessity, it is enjoyable,
challenging, and beneficial in fulfilling my future aspirations. For example, I find my Honors
Advanced Mathematics class my most unique course. It builds upon my ability to critically think,
present data or information, and understand higher–level math at a rapid pace. In particular, it is the
ability to solve real–world situations and the underlying mystery mathematicians have yet to solve
that intrigues me to continue learning. The class expects much of me, but I am aware that it is
preparing me for college– and university–level math while providing me with the skills to pursue a
career in Architectural/ Structural Engineering. Ambitious, I set objectives for myself and arrange to
accomplish and excel in the process. For instance, I participated in my middle school's academic
decathlon with a chance to represent my school in the mathematics single–subject exam. In doing so,
I attempted to score a near perfect to perfect score. While the competition did not end the way I
expected, I successfully gained a flawless score on the questions

Who I Am Essay
When I look in the mirror I know whom I am, but society makes it difficult to understand who I
am, because I was born to immigrants of Nigerian descent, and I am a first generation American,
that term is sometimes used so loosely. By looking at my name they assume that I am from some
island, but I am so quick to tell them that "I am Nigerian", there is another statement that normally
follows this. "You do not have an accent". I wonder if I had an accent would I be considered
Nigerian and not American; then I say that "My parents are Nigerian" and then that changes, so to
them I am just associated with the Nigerian culture it does not make me Nigerian, there has been

I currently enjoy shocking people with my heritage because there is still a stigma about what a
"Haitian" should look like, sound like, etc. I'd say that because I was such a scared little kid who
didn't talk much, my family could do little to support me because they didn't know I was having
issues (A. Benjamin, personal communication, Dec 1, 2009). This is saying that if you do not
walk, talk, or think like them; then you are not considered to be of that ethnicity. Everyday I am
on a constant race to discover who I am as an individual. I am fighting this battle whether I choose
to acknowledge it or not. Donald Hernandez has written in his book Children of Immigrants:
Health, Adjustment, and Public Assistance; he talks about major key points, but the most
important one state "Third, because life chances differ greatly according to race and ethnicity in
the United States, and because of the race and ethnic composition of immigrants to this country
has shifted markedly during recent decades," (3). That is true trying to be one thing is very hard
in USA society has an effect of how you may become as the individual. If I were in another
country they would just see as an American and nothing else, but the place that I was born and
raised they see me as what my parents are Nigerians. I am not American because my parents are
from Nigeria; this has been a very constant thing, because of several definitions of what it

Reflection Paper On Who Am I
'Who am I?' Reflection Paper Who am I? This question seems simple, but this is actually a
difficult question for an individual to answer about him/herself. If someone ask me all of the
sudden about who I am, I might take few minutes to think about it because the questions is really
broad. I might answer all these questions about myself about what I think I am. It might be
changing from time to time. In this essay I will describe what I think about myself in various
aspects: Who am I physically? Physically, I am a healthy person with a healthy body and I am also
currently physically active. Besides, I am considered a relatively tall woman in my country, but not
when I came to study in the United States–I become one of the shortest people in class. I have a long
hair, olive skin tone, oval shaped face and brown eyes. Who am I Emotionally? Emotionally, I am
the one who is easy to forgive people for what they did. I am also a person who do not know to
express anger to someone which I think might lead to both negative and positive effects to
relationship with people in general. I also value my family so much where I work hard in school
and college to be better off in life after graduation not only for myself, but foe my family too. Who
am I spiritually? I am really glad because for now I am satisfied with myself and I know myself
well to understand others. I am a Muslim and Islam is my religion. I tend to keep this in mind with
everything that I do in my every day life. Who

Why Am I Here
Why are You Here?" I have fallen short in many ways towards the goals that I have made in my life.
No matter how high the standard is set, and whether failure awaits me, perseverance and my faith
will carry me on. Some would label me as a dreamer. Someone could say I have reality to face, but
without dreams we have no hope, and without hope we have nothing inside of us to fuel our deep
passion to succeed and win the race that we have been running. Everyone has his own opinion
about college and how important it is, but only a few will take the initiative to follow through and
back what they stand for. Though a college degree in engineering seems unreachable, I will strive to
make this the first foundational block for my future...show more content...
Through four and a half months of training in technical school, they were able to mold me into
what they expect in the ordinance branch. So far, this has been an amazing experience, and I am
proud of being a small part of the big picture. With that said, I am here for one reason and one
reason only. I no longer have my parents ' direction, or have someone showing me what is right,
and I would be wrong in making my time here meaningless. Many of my peers would say this is
one big party and that they are here for the girls and the cheap beer, but if I wanted to party, I
wouldn 't have chosen to pay so much for one. I think it would be ridiculous of me to waste a
perfectly good opportunity to become the man that I was made to be. My past was unbalanced
and reckless, and it would be easy for me to fall back into my old ways, so it would be wise of me
to stay focused while I am here. My life was very structured and it drove me to want something
different, but when I had to face my consequences, I soon came to want exactly what I was
running from. Ironically enough, I am beginning to see what they were trying to do as parents. It
would be nice to finally make them proud to be an influence in my life, and I will do my best to
make that happen. Perception is a lot, and reputation is more, so I plan to do my best to represent
the uniform I wear everywhere I go. When I finally accomplish these goals, maybe I will be ready
for the next mission, but for now it is

Who Am I Am Essay
PASSport Essay #1 The question "who am I"? Can have a lot of individuals thinking about
themselves, including myself because one might not know where to start. It is a very broad
question, but having done the Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment, I realized more in depth what
kind of person I really am based on my top 5 strengths. Who I am as a learner, who I am in my
career and who I am as a person of faith lead me to answering the question above and understanding
more of myself within. First off, who I am as a learner has changed over the past years. At times
before, I wouldn't take certain classes or assignments seriously and have learned my lessons when I
failed. I believe having classmates at the time who weren't as focused as I wanted to be, played a
big role in my lack of understanding in classes. I understood later that if I felt learning was so
important to me, I need to realize that it is my future and I needed to focus on my own. Having
learner in my top 5 strengths defines me very well. Rath (2007) explains that, "The process, more
than the content or the result, is especially exciting for you" (p.133). I believe this defines me as a
learner because I enjoy having books in hand, opening up my notebook to write notes and
learning new ways to understand the class. Regardless if the content is something I have to get in
to or if I don't do well on tests, I enjoy the process of studying and learning more even when I know
I didn't do so well; that is what motivates me. I believe as long as I keep this mindset and
understand that this is my strength, I will continue to grow and further my education as much as
possible. Even though I have failed a few of my last classes, I never let that stop me from
continuing. Knowing that I have "failed" makes me realize I know I can do better and I try my
hardest not to let it get me down. I will not get further if I don't keep trying and as a learner I am a
motivator to myself in my studies. When it comes to who I am in my career, a few of my
strengths shine through more than others. For example, I put everything I have in to my work and
into my career, and looking back at how I've worked in the past compared to now, I see my
strengths restorative and developer.

I Am Bisexual Essay examples
I am bisexual. Are you paying attention now? Bisexuality holds an interesting position when it
comes to sexual minorities. On one hand, it's seen as the ultimate liberation: "They'll do it with
anyone...how hot!". But when it comes to seeking mainstream social acceptance, we can be seen as
the worst in sexual perversion: "They'll do it with anyone...how shameful!". There are many theories
and opinions on bisexuals, some I agree with, others do not fit my definition of being bisexual. The
important thing is that bisexuality is real, it's not a "transition period" to being gay, a homosexual in
denial, or a person who just can't make up their mind. Being bisexual is a huge part of my identity,
something that no one can take away from...show more content...
In the 90's, bisexuals have popped up all over the place, from David Bowie to Angelina Jolie and
Ani DiFranco. I think that the gay and lesbian community is among the least tolerant of bisexuality,
many homosexuals have gone through a serious identity struggle and they can't accept this
"halfway" homosexuality. Are we the queer of the queer? Bisexuals aren't people who can't make
up their mind in the same way that people who like both blondes and brunettes aren't called
indecisive. Sexual orientation used to be a black and white thing, you were either gay or you were
straight. During the 40's, Kinsey came up with a sliding scale of sexuality. Suddenly, you could be
somewhere in between, like a percentage. If that wasn't enough, in the 70's Klien made things even
more complicated with a multi–dimensional grid. Now your sexuality ends up looking like the
Nasdaq graph on a bad day! But even up until the late 70's, there wasn't a single book written on
bisexuality. It's come a long way in the last 20 years.
Sexuality has been an important part of me for as long as I can remember. Recently in a class, we
were asked to think about the one thing that no one could take away from you, no matter who whey
were or what you were offered. This had to be the one thing that defined your identity

Who Am I?
Today as I look back at the first paper that I wrote for this class, I see that it is not the type of
paper that I usually write. It is not full of big, sophisticated words. Rather it is a paper that does
what it is supposed to, explain in simple english my thoughts on the subject. Those thoughts are that
today most college kids are whiners and students go to college because it is the norm. I also gave a
couple of abstracts to these. I never really took a stand as to which of those pertained to me. But I
think that they all do in a sense. In a way I am irresponsible. I leave stuff to the last minute, I cram,
and I get a attitude and just say screw it. As for the metaphor part of the first paper, I do feel that I

Quite the contrary. It's just like style. At school my approach to work is very different than when
I am at my summer job. At school I can slack and still get away with it. But in the summer, if I
slack, I get my ass chewed, and possibly fired. Which of these two is more like who I really am?
This worst thing is, I don't even know.
Who am I? What is the relationship between my self and the self that I portray, if there is a
difference? I am I, or am I? What follows is the first to verses of a Queensryche song entitled "I am
I."
Beating with life you promised life, security, happiness. Unfortunate son cornered, cowering in the
pit of circling panes of glass that surround and reveals the ever present it.
"It" is my move, my every look, interpreting gestures, informing others what's undercover and
lurking beneath my mask of this year's featured model. I this to much? Close your eyes. Care to
look inside? I am I.
I just finished listening to this song and it gave me insight on my present dilemma. I think that
these verse say that on the outside, when he looks into the glass, he doesn't see what he wants to
see. So he lifted the mask. But then he rethought this maneuver, do I really want everyone to know
who I really am. I think that this pertains to me. The me that writes is not the real me. For me
writing is a mask. When I write I hide my true self. But why? Because other people may not like
who I really

Examples Of Ageism In I Am Malala
In the book, I Am Malala, there are few discrimination topics but Sexism and Ageism play quite a
frequent role in the book. Malala lives in a country where woman slave for men, barley have an
education, and must have a male companion to go outside. Females in Pakistan had more freedom if
they were in the age range of 2–7 years old. Once girls turned 8, they helped their mothers instead of
playing outside. They cleaned, cooked, and washed clothes so the men didn't have to do any of the
heavy lifting. If girls were lucky, they went to school but as they got older they were replaced with
boys instead. Others girls we just told they cannot learn anymore and weren't allowed back unless
they went to an all–girls

The three things that have made the biggest impact on and have influenced my life that shaped
me into the person I am today are family background, experiences from my school year, and
religious beliefs. Our culture provides a lens through which we view the world and interpret our
everyday experiences. In order to know who I am today, I must look at who you've been. Many
educators around the country are interested in developing a multicultural approach in their teaching.
They find themselves in classrooms with 25 children of varying racial and cultural backgrounds,
and are looking for ways to connect what they do in the classroom to the cultures represented by
their students. Before we can begin to understand others, however, we need to understand ourselves
and what we bring to our interactions with others. Every time we engage with our surroundings we
create an experience both consciously and unconsciously. Our live experiences whether traumatic or
joyful shape who we are over time. An experience that has defined the person I am today is my
journey I went through as a child traveling back and forth from the United States to Mexico as an
undocumented. If a child has an impact when moving into a new house and neighborhood imagine
countries. I was brought to the United States when I was two years old. When you are a baby I

I Am An Amazing Person
Lifelines help an individual realize how close and loved they are by many people. It also helps a
person realize how thanks to many people they have truly become an amazing person. It was hard
for me to decide which person I should write about since I believe every person i 'm close to has
changed me in some way. I actually asked my sister what is something about me that stands out and
she said my positivity, kindness, and loyalty. The main person I thought about when she said that
was a friend I used to have named Cathy. She embodied all three of those traits and more.
Cathy and I first met when we were ten years old. She was very kind and welcoming. She treated
me like I was her sister. I am shy and there was many instances she helped me come out of my
shell and have fun. We both lived in the same neighborhood and played together very often as
well. We both also attended the same school, so we would always hang out during recess. After
school we would go over to my house and help each other with our homework. We were very close
and I considered her like part of my family. Both of our families really did become very close and
friendly to each other. There were many times where she helped me out with my problems and I
always felt like I owed her. One day I had the chance to help her and I felt like that truly defined
what a friend is to me. About two years ago she moved to California and I was heartbroken.
Although I was sad, I followed her philosophy which was finding

Who I Am Today Essay
There's a lot we can learn from the stories of our past – if we tell them in such way that enables us to
hear what they really have to say. This holds true with me and my life. To put it simply, the life I've
lived up to this point has been nothing short of a beautiful (and bumpy) roller coaster ride! As I
have grown up there have been many factors that have influenced me to take on or do certain things.
These things, plus some of my individual choices, have contributed into what's made me who I am
today. And with that, I'm happy to say for this moment intime, I'm satisfied with the person I am
and the path I'm taking. Growing up as a little girl my life was ever changing. Although I don't have

This took her life. Even with that being said, before she passed, I made a promise to her that I was
going to grow up and be a nurse. This is something she would have wanted for me to do as she
knew how much nursing meant to me even at seventeen. And whenever I was happy, she was happy.
All of that, plus the everlasting support of my mother, has been extremely important in shaping me
(and my career interests) into what they are today. Currently, there are many types of goals I have
for myself that are important to my career. Of the first, I want to stay here at University of Saint
Francis and get my Bachelors in Science of Nursing. I've transferred to and from many colleges
since being out of high school and I think I've finally found my home at USF. This degree would
help me obtain a job that is something I enjoy doing rather than something I'm forced to do.
Secondly, I would love to be on the Dean's List every semester. I'm not quite sure how this fits in
with my career other than it would be something I can say I did while getting my degree. Lastly, I
plan on sticking with my job at the nursing home in hopes that someday I can use that as resume
builder and gain extra knowledge in things I wouldn't normally be able to access in a classroom.
Who knows, this might lead to further advancement and even promotion! The results from career
assessment fit well with my understanding on what I want to as a career. The assessment

Essay On I Am Malala
The book "I am Malala" tells the story of eleven year old girl that campaigned and fought for
woman's rights and for the Taliban to allow them to go to school. Malala had an extremely tight nit
family bond along with very supportive parents. She always had their support especially from her
father Ziauddin. I believe that if I had a daughter so young that wanted to make such a big
difference in her country I would stand by her one–hundred percent and push her to set out her
dreams. That is exactly what her parents did, they always encouraged her to do whatever she put her
mind to even now in present day.
Malala at age fifteen was shot by a Taliban man, for standing up for woman's rights to go to school.

"He even asked friends to throw dried fruits, sweets and coins into my cradle, something we usually

to put an end to that.
Malala wanted to make a difference in how unequal woman's rights were, and she would go to all
costs to make it happen in her country. Her father said since she was a baby that this child is
special, and she was. If my child wanted to take a stand at eleven for woman's rights I would be
shocked to say the least. I would've brushed it to the side and forgot about it. Malala had a very
strong support base because I would not have let my child of eleven protest which she could have
gotten killed for. Malala was brave, she even said she was not afraid to die. Most would have
been more comfortable if she was "older" and "wiser". Which I think is a common misconception
on young people. More seasoned people think that just because a child is young they cannot have
a big voice or have an opinion on society because they have not experienced as many years on earth
as them. Malala broke the mold and she protested what she felt was right, even though she ended up
getting shot in the face for it. Was it worth it? I think it was worth it.
In conclusion I support the fact that Malala's parents allowed her to fight for woman's rights, and to
stand up for what she believed in. Malala's shooting affected people across the world and she was
even nominated for

My Personal Identity Essay
A person's identity is shaped by many different aspects. Family, culture, friends, personal interests
and surrounding environments are all factors that tend to help shape a person's identity. Some
factors may have more of an influence than others and some may not have any influence at all. As a
person grows up in a family, they are influenced by many aspects of their life. Family and culture
may influence a person's sense of responsibilities, ethics and morals, tastes in music, humor and
sports, and many other aspects of life. Friends and surrounding environments may influence a
person's taste in clothing, music, speech, and social activities. Personal interests are what truly set

Society has had a limited impact on my lifestyle, mostly because I despise trends. The largest trends
I despise are rap and hip–hop and the clothing, attitudes, and type of speech that that type of 'music'
is breeding. I chose to steer away from that crowd, but it may also be because I live my life off of
adrenaline. My high on life is the energy I have when I get my blood pumping, my heart
pounding, and my adrenaline raging. Most aspects of my individuality reflect that very well. I
love hard, aggressive music, and also guns, but my passion in life is extreme sports, whether it be
on a dirt bike, a bmx bike, a snowmobile, or a snowboard. I have a strong set of morals and ethics
that I have partly adopted from my parents, but some are also partly my own. My morals mostly
consist of karma (being kind, caring, helpful, truthful, and considerate to others), not littering
(especially in nature), respecting nature, keeping a clean and welcoming home, success that is
measured with happiness and not possessions, and having strong family ties. I feel that I am very
strongly rounded individual who is going to go far in life. Many people would agree with that,
although some people just think that I am an absolutely crazy person who has a death wish and will
not go anywhere but to the hospital or the morgue. Educational experiences also tend to influence a

I Am A Hard Working And Dedicated Student
In daily life the term personality is very freely used by people with different meanings. Some
people refer to the physical appearance like height, weight, color, body built, dress, voice, etc.
Some other people refer to intellectual qualities like intelligence, activeness, way of speech,
thinking and reasoning abilities, etc. However our psychological definitions tell us that
personality refers to individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and
behaving. The study of personality focuses on two broad areas: One is understanding individual
differences in particular personality characteristics, such as sociability or irritability. The other is
understanding how the various parts of a person come together as a whole. Emotions are the
intense feelings that are directed at someone or something. I have never thought of what my
personality is, so when i was asked to write an essay on what my personality was it was just a
great task for me to writing about my personality. Primarily, I am a hard working and dedicated
student. I 've always put my best in everything that I 've done academically. I am not the type of
person who gets put up to a big challenge and backs down. I will always rise to the peak of my

thinking about it, I realized who I am as a writer has been influenced by so many different
sponsors throughout my life and there was not a short, concrete answer. Brandt mentions that
"literacy is sponsored by people, institutions, and circumstances that both make it possible for a
person to become literate and shape the way the person actually acquires literacy." (Brandt 43)
My attitude towards writing has been influenced by teachers, both negatively and positively, by
my mother, and by academic assignments over the years. My answer to the question can only be
answered by a narrative of my writing life. I have convinced myself that I am a terrible writer,
and when presented with a writing assignment, I get anxious instantly. I see writing as a burden
and a huge obstacle that gets placed in my life. Academic writing is not fun, but something I
value due to the fact that we are a grade driven society. When writing, I write to the guidelines in
order to receive points for the requested criteria. The reason being, I gave up on expressing my
own ideas because I had been shut down by so many teachers throughout my education. I tried to
write down what came to my mind and put my own twist on things, but that was not the "right"
way to write papers. In order to make both my teachers and my grades happy, I wrote what they
wanted to hear, and even then I was not to the level they

Who I Am My Family? Essay
When I think about who I am in my family, I think about my experiences, good and bad, that has
made me who I To begin with, my parents divorced when I was just a toddler, so my consists of
the maternal side of the tree; they're too loud, too proud, and full of chaos, but I 'm sure that all
families have brown spots–don't they? When is a family considered dysfunctional? Is there some
secret sauce that makes up a functional family?
I have always been curious of how different my family and my life would've been if my parents
had a better marriage. I was only three when they divorced, so I missed the opportunity to know
my father or any of his family. From which side of my family did I inherit the most of my genes?
Most of my mom 's side is loud and hateful. I'm more alike my grandparents; I'm a calm individual
and don't enjoy being around draining negativity, but that's all my family consists of anymore.
My grandparents have four children: my two uncles, my aunt, and my mother. I remember a time
when my family would often get–together at my aunts house. They'd listen to music, play cards
(usually pinochle) and just have a good time enjoying each others company. My cousin Danielle
had an attic bedroom. She's seven years older than me, so we weren't close when I was an annoying
five–year old. As soon as my hand would touch her doorknob, she 'd yell "You're not coming in my
room Jessica!". It seemed like every time we visited, she 'd always have one of her friends with her

I Am Essay Examples

  • 1. What Kind Of Student I Am I have an idea about what kind of student I am. Over the years, I have realized that when I'm not interested or I feel like I'm not learning/understanding the material, I unconsciously withdraw. I'm already not a studier so paying attention 100 percent is crucial to my grade. I am very hardworking and can apply myself to fullest, the problem is I need to learn to apply myself even more when I'm in need of help, instead of retracting. Unfortunately, sometimes I am also a procrastinator, but it depends on what and how much the work it is. I can say that I am a very organized student/person. I color code my notes, make lists, and even set up timers to split my time accordingly. I am very interested to take some assessments to learn more about myself, and possibly make some changes. The first assessment I took was the Study Skills Assessment. For Time Management I got a 14 out of 32. I was a little surprised because I do think I manage my time well. Although I do get distracted easily with technology and I don't prioritize very efficiently, which makes sense on why I would score low. For Concentration/Memory I scored a 20 out of 32, which I think is accurate. I got a fair score, but it could be better. In the Note–Taking section I got a 27 out of 32. I wasn't shocked at all, I usually like taking notes and I've realized which strategies work for me and which don't. For Test Strategies I received a 23 out of 32. I was a little taken aback, I thought I would've scored lower. Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. I am Unique Essay I am Unique From the time I was a young child, I have always known I was different from others. Although I didn't realize I was in any way "smart" until around the fourth grade, I had been skipped up to the first grade from kindergarten. While friends struggled with homework assignments, finishing them came easily to me, like riding a bike. Supposedly – I've never ridden a bike. No, my passion, and talent, from the very beginning, was with written materials. By second grade, I had my own card for the library and went there at least once a week. While other kids were rewarded for good behavior with parties, money, or trips with friends, my reward was being able to walk through the organized rows of books...show more content... "Are you getting ready for Halloween, honey?" It was July. Embarrassed, I mumbled that I was. From then on, I tried to "mix in" other types of books. I would throw in a couple of "children's classics" or informative books, and I absorbed facts and knowledge like a sponge. It was no surprise then, to my mother, although it was to me, when I scored in the 90th percentile or higher in nearly every subject on the California test of basic skills. Strangely enough, my intelligence and love for knowledge never set me apart from my peers. They either didn't know or didn't care, and I was satisfied enough with my social position to not want to change their apathetic status toward my abilities. In junior high school, I took pleasure in peaceably "blending into" my environment. I became, for all practical purposes, as much of a clone as possible without compromising my beliefs or personality. True, I was a bit odd naturally. So was everyone else. I had belief systems that didn't fit the typical intermediate–school kid norm. Everyone else just happened to possess those same beliefs. Maybe it was just a strange school, but I was perfectly happy to sit back in my group of eight girls and be typical. I had crushes, faked heartbreak, and passed through life without making a wave. This was the happiest, calmest, most "normal" time of my life. My grades were exceptional, I was in advanced

  • 4. I Am A Healthy Life Essay I'm living a healthy life in most aspects. Fist of all I keep healthy eating habits. I seldom skip breakfast during my weekdays so that I'm energetic for my classes everyday. I always plan my breakfast the day before, such as bagels or eggs. Breakfast is important so I try to make it fresh and delightful. Sometimes I drink tea instead of coffee. Black tea is my favorite because caffeine in it is lower than green tea or coffee. I always feel too excited after drinking coffee. I feel my heart beating faster than usual and my hands may even shake. Usually I don't eat a lot at night, especially before sleeping. This keeps my stomach healthy and prevents me from getting weight. I prefer eating healthier food rather than fast food such as burgers and fries. Sushi or other Asian dishes are always my dinner. They are light and balanced in nutrition, and good for my digest system. However, as a college student, I have some unhealthy behaviors which are common between me and my friends. The first one is, I always sleep after 12:00 am at night and it can be later during the weekends. As a result of sleeping late at night, sometimes it is hard for me to get up early in the morning. On the weekends I always wake up after 11:00 am. This is very unhealthy because I skip my breakfast and also my biological changes. I have to get used to the healthy routine again every Monday. Another bad behavior is that I seldom do any exercises. I used to do it for few times every week, but later I Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. Describe Myself As A Student Describe yourself as a student and also your aspirations for the future. Please include examples from your personal academic and non–academic experiences. A sophomore at Downtown Magnets High School, I demonstrate passion in my education, ambition in fulfilling my personal and academic goals, and am an explorative student. My passion for learning is the result of my mindset, in that aside from finding education a necessity, it is enjoyable, challenging, and beneficial in fulfilling my future aspirations. For example, I find my Honors Advanced Mathematics class my most unique course. It builds upon my ability to critically think, present data or information, and understand higher–level math at a rapid pace. In particular, it is the ability to solve real–world situations and the underlying mystery mathematicians have yet to solve that intrigues me to continue learning. The class expects much of me, but I am aware that it is preparing me for college– and university–level math while providing me with the skills to pursue a career in Architectural/ Structural Engineering. Ambitious, I set objectives for myself and arrange to accomplish and excel in the process. For instance, I participated in my middle school's academic decathlon with a chance to represent my school in the mathematics single–subject exam. In doing so, I attempted to score a near perfect to perfect score. While the competition did not end the way I expected, I successfully gained a flawless score on the questions Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. Who I Am Essay When I look in the mirror I know whom I am, but society makes it difficult to understand who I am, because I was born to immigrants of Nigerian descent, and I am a first generation American, that term is sometimes used so loosely. By looking at my name they assume that I am from some island, but I am so quick to tell them that "I am Nigerian", there is another statement that normally follows this. "You do not have an accent". I wonder if I had an accent would I be considered Nigerian and not American; then I say that "My parents are Nigerian" and then that changes, so to them I am just associated with the Nigerian culture it does not make me Nigerian, there has been many discussion between my friends who are the same like me confused to...show more content... I currently enjoy shocking people with my heritage because there is still a stigma about what a "Haitian" should look like, sound like, etc. I'd say that because I was such a scared little kid who didn't talk much, my family could do little to support me because they didn't know I was having issues (A. Benjamin, personal communication, Dec 1, 2009). This is saying that if you do not walk, talk, or think like them; then you are not considered to be of that ethnicity. Everyday I am on a constant race to discover who I am as an individual. I am fighting this battle whether I choose to acknowledge it or not. Donald Hernandez has written in his book Children of Immigrants: Health, Adjustment, and Public Assistance; he talks about major key points, but the most important one state "Third, because life chances differ greatly according to race and ethnicity in the United States, and because of the race and ethnic composition of immigrants to this country has shifted markedly during recent decades," (3). That is true trying to be one thing is very hard in USA society has an effect of how you may become as the individual. If I were in another country they would just see as an American and nothing else, but the place that I was born and raised they see me as what my parents are Nigerians. I am not American because my parents are from Nigeria; this has been a very constant thing, because of several definitions of what it Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. Reflection Paper On Who Am I 'Who am I?' Reflection Paper Who am I? This question seems simple, but this is actually a difficult question for an individual to answer about him/herself. If someone ask me all of the sudden about who I am, I might take few minutes to think about it because the questions is really broad. I might answer all these questions about myself about what I think I am. It might be changing from time to time. In this essay I will describe what I think about myself in various aspects: Who am I physically? Physically, I am a healthy person with a healthy body and I am also currently physically active. Besides, I am considered a relatively tall woman in my country, but not when I came to study in the United States–I become one of the shortest people in class. I have a long hair, olive skin tone, oval shaped face and brown eyes. Who am I Emotionally? Emotionally, I am the one who is easy to forgive people for what they did. I am also a person who do not know to express anger to someone which I think might lead to both negative and positive effects to relationship with people in general. I also value my family so much where I work hard in school and college to be better off in life after graduation not only for myself, but foe my family too. Who am I spiritually? I am really glad because for now I am satisfied with myself and I know myself well to understand others. I am a Muslim and Islam is my religion. I tend to keep this in mind with everything that I do in my every day life. Who Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Why Am I Here Why are You Here?" I have fallen short in many ways towards the goals that I have made in my life. No matter how high the standard is set, and whether failure awaits me, perseverance and my faith will carry me on. Some would label me as a dreamer. Someone could say I have reality to face, but without dreams we have no hope, and without hope we have nothing inside of us to fuel our deep passion to succeed and win the race that we have been running. Everyone has his own opinion about college and how important it is, but only a few will take the initiative to follow through and back what they stand for. Through four and a half months of training in technical school, they were able to mold me into what they expect in the ordinance branch. So far, this has been an amazing experience, and I am proud of being a small part of the big picture. With that said, I am here for one reason and one reason only. I no longer have my parents ' direction, or have someone showing me what is right, and I would be wrong in making my time here meaningless. Many of my peers would say this is one big party and that they are here for the girls and the cheap beer, but if I wanted to party, I wouldn 't have chosen to pay so much for one. I think it would be ridiculous of me to waste a perfectly good opportunity to become the man that I was made to be. My past was unbalanced and reckless, and it would be easy for me to fall back into my old ways, so it would be wise of me to stay focused while I am here. My life was very structured and it drove me to want something different, but when I had to face my consequences, I soon came to want exactly what I was running from. Ironically enough, I am beginning to see what they were trying to do as parents. It would be nice to finally make them proud to be an influence in my life, and I will do my best to make that happen. Perception is a lot, and reputation is more, so I plan to do my best to represent the uniform I wear everywhere I go. When I finally accomplish these goals, maybe I will be ready for the next mission, but for now it is Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 9. Who Am I Am Essay PASSport Essay #1 The question "who am I"? Can have a lot of individuals thinking about themselves, including myself because one might not know where to start. It is a very broad question, but having done the Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment, I realized more in depth what kind of person I really am based on my top 5 strengths. Who I am as a learner, who I am in my career and who I am as a person of faith lead me to answering the question above and understanding more of myself within. First off, who I am as a learner has changed over the past years. At times before, I wouldn't take certain classes or assignments seriously and have learned my lessons when I failed. I believe having classmates at the time who weren't as focused as I wanted to be, played a big role in my lack of understanding in classes. I understood later that if I felt learning was so important to me, I need to realize that it is my future and I needed to focus on my own. Having learner in my top 5 strengths defines me very well. Rath (2007) explains that, "The process, more than the content or the result, is especially exciting for you" (p.133). I believe this defines me as a learner because I enjoy having books in hand, opening up my notebook to write notes and learning new ways to understand the class. Regardless if the content is something I have to get in to or if I don't do well on tests, I enjoy the process of studying and learning more even when I know I didn't do so well; that is what motivates me. I believe as long as I keep this mindset and understand that this is my strength, I will continue to grow and further my education as much as possible. Even though I have failed a few of my last classes, I never let that stop me from continuing. Knowing that I have "failed" makes me realize I know I can do better and I try my hardest not to let it get me down. I will not get further if I don't keep trying and as a learner I am a motivator to myself in my studies. When it comes to who I am in my career, a few of my strengths shine through more than others. For example, I put everything I have in to my work and into my career, and looking back at how I've worked in the past compared to now, I see my strengths restorative and developer. • 10. I Am Bisexual Essay examples I am bisexual. Are you paying attention now? Bisexuality holds an interesting position when it comes to sexual minorities. On one hand, it's seen as the ultimate liberation: "They'll do it with anyone...how hot!". But when it comes to seeking mainstream social acceptance, we can be seen as the worst in sexual perversion: "They'll do it with anyone...how shameful!". There are many theories and opinions on bisexuals, some I agree with, others do not fit my definition of being bisexual. The important thing is that bisexuality is real, it's not a "transition period" to being gay, a homosexual in denial, or a person who just can't make up their mind. Being bisexual is a huge part of my identity, something that no one can take away from...show more content... In the 90's, bisexuals have popped up all over the place, from David Bowie to Angelina Jolie and Ani DiFranco. I think that the gay and lesbian community is among the least tolerant of bisexuality, many homosexuals have gone through a serious identity struggle and they can't accept this "halfway" homosexuality. Are we the queer of the queer? Bisexuals aren't people who can't make up their mind in the same way that people who like both blondes and brunettes aren't called indecisive. Sexual orientation used to be a black and white thing, you were either gay or you were straight. During the 40's, Kinsey came up with a sliding scale of sexuality. Suddenly, you could be somewhere in between, like a percentage. If that wasn't enough, in the 70's Klien made things even more complicated with a multi–dimensional grid. Now your sexuality ends up looking like the Nasdaq graph on a bad day! But even up until the late 70's, there wasn't a single book written on bisexuality. It's come a long way in the last 20 years. Sexuality has been an important part of me for as long as I can remember. Recently in a class, we were asked to think about the one thing that no one could take away from you, no matter who whey were or what you were offered. This had to be the one thing that defined your identity Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 11. Who Am I? Essay Who Am I? Today as I look back at the first paper that I wrote for this class, I see that it is not the type of paper that I usually write. It is not full of big, sophisticated words. Rather it is a paper that does what it is supposed to, explain in simple english my thoughts on the subject. Those thoughts are that today most college kids are whiners and students go to college because it is the norm. I also gave a couple of abstracts to these. I never really took a stand as to which of those pertained to me. But I think that they all do in a sense. In a way I am irresponsible. I leave stuff to the last minute, I cram, and I get a attitude and just say screw it. As for the metaphor part of the first paper, I do feel that I am a parent...show more content... Quite the contrary. It's just like style. At school my approach to work is very different than when I am at my summer job. At school I can slack and still get away with it. But in the summer, if I slack, I get my ass chewed, and possibly fired. Which of these two is more like who I really am? This worst thing is, I don't even know. Who am I? What is the relationship between my self and the self that I portray, if there is a difference? I am I, or am I? What follows is the first to verses of a Queensryche song entitled "I am I." Beating with life you promised life, security, happiness. Unfortunate son cornered, cowering in the pit of circling panes of glass that surround and reveals the ever present it. "It" is my move, my every look, interpreting gestures, informing others what's undercover and lurking beneath my mask of this year's featured model. I this to much? Close your eyes. Care to look inside? I am I. I just finished listening to this song and it gave me insight on my present dilemma. I think that these verse say that on the outside, when he looks into the glass, he doesn't see what he wants to see. So he lifted the mask. • 12. Examples Of Ageism In I Am Malala In the book, I Am Malala, there are few discrimination topics but Sexism and Ageism play quite a frequent role in the book. Malala lives in a country where woman slave for men, barley have an education, and must have a male companion to go outside. Females in Pakistan had more freedom if they were in the age range of 2–7 years old. Once girls turned 8, they helped their mothers instead of playing outside. They cleaned, cooked, and washed clothes so the men didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting. If girls were lucky, they went to school but as they got older they were replaced with boys instead. Others girls we just told they cannot learn anymore and weren't allowed back unless they went to an all–girls Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 13. The three things that have made the biggest impact on and have influenced my life that shaped me into the person I am today are family background, experiences from my school year, and religious beliefs. Our culture provides a lens through which we view the world and interpret our everyday experiences. In order to know who I am today, I must look at who you've been. Many educators around the country are interested in developing a multicultural approach in their teaching. They find themselves in classrooms with 25 children of varying racial and cultural backgrounds, and are looking for ways to connect what they do in the classroom to the cultures represented by their students. Before we can begin to understand others, however, we need to understand ourselves and what we bring to our interactions with others. Every time we engage with our surroundings we create an experience both consciously and unconsciously. Our live experiences whether traumatic or joyful shape who we are over time. An experience that has defined the person I am today is my journey I went through as a child traveling back and forth from the United States to Mexico as an undocumented. If a child has an impact when moving into a new house and neighborhood imagine countries. I was brought to the United States when I was two years old. When you are a baby I guess is not that great of a deal you don 't remember much. However, when you start going to school and you are already half way through first grade, Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 14. I Am An Amazing Person Lifelines help an individual realize how close and loved they are by many people. It also helps a person realize how thanks to many people they have truly become an amazing person. It was hard for me to decide which person I should write about since I believe every person i 'm close to has changed me in some way. I actually asked my sister what is something about me that stands out and she said my positivity, kindness, and loyalty. The main person I thought about when she said that was a friend I used to have named Cathy. She embodied all three of those traits and more. Cathy and I first met when we were ten years old. She was very kind and welcoming. She treated me like I was her sister. I am shy and there was many instances she helped me come out of my shell and have fun. We both lived in the same neighborhood and played together very often as well. We both also attended the same school, so we would always hang out during recess. After school we would go over to my house and help each other with our homework. We were very close and I considered her like part of my family. Both of our families really did become very close and friendly to each other. There were many times where she helped me out with my problems and I always felt like I owed her. One day I had the chance to help her and I felt like that truly defined what a friend is to me. About two years ago she moved to California and I was heartbroken. Although I was sad, I followed her philosophy which was finding Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 15. Who I Am Today Essay There's a lot we can learn from the stories of our past – if we tell them in such way that enables us to hear what they really have to say. This holds true with me and my life. To put it simply, the life I've lived up to this point has been nothing short of a beautiful (and bumpy) roller coaster ride! As I have grown up there have been many factors that have influenced me to take on or do certain things. These things, plus some of my individual choices, have contributed into what's made me who I am today. And with that, I'm happy to say for this moment intime, I'm satisfied with the person I am and the path I'm taking. Growing up as a little girl my life was ever changing. Although I don't have many recollections of my childhood, I do...show more content... This took her life. Even with that being said, before she passed, I made a promise to her that I was going to grow up and be a nurse. This is something she would have wanted for me to do as she knew how much nursing meant to me even at seventeen. And whenever I was happy, she was happy. All of that, plus the everlasting support of my mother, has been extremely important in shaping me (and my career interests) into what they are today. Currently, there are many types of goals I have for myself that are important to my career. Of the first, I want to stay here at University of Saint Francis and get my Bachelors in Science of Nursing. I've transferred to and from many colleges since being out of high school and I think I've finally found my home at USF. This degree would help me obtain a job that is something I enjoy doing rather than something I'm forced to do. Secondly, I would love to be on the Dean's List every semester. I'm not quite sure how this fits in with my career other than it would be something I can say I did while getting my degree. Lastly, I plan on sticking with my job at the nursing home in hopes that someday I can use that as resume builder and gain extra knowledge in things I wouldn't normally be able to access in a classroom. Who knows, this might lead to further advancement and even promotion! The results from career assessment fit well with my understanding on what I want to as a career. • 16. Essay On I Am Malala The book "I am Malala" tells the story of eleven year old girl that campaigned and fought for woman's rights and for the Taliban to allow them to go to school. Malala had an extremely tight nit family bond along with very supportive parents. She always had their support especially from her father Ziauddin. I believe that if I had a daughter so young that wanted to make such a big difference in her country I would stand by her one–hundred percent and push her to set out her dreams. That is exactly what her parents did, they always encouraged her to do whatever she put her mind to even now in present day. Malala at age fifteen was shot by a Taliban man, for standing up for woman's rights to go to school. If I was Malala's parents I would...show more content... Malala wanted to make a difference in how unequal woman's rights were, and she would go to all costs to make it happen in her country. Her father said since she was a baby that this child is special, and she was. If my child wanted to take a stand at eleven for woman's rights I would be shocked to say the least. I would've brushed it to the side and forgot about it. Malala had a very strong support base because I would not have let my child of eleven protest which she could have gotten killed for. Malala was brave, she even said she was not afraid to die. Most would have been more comfortable if she was "older" and "wiser". Which I think is a common misconception on young people. More seasoned people think that just because a child is young they cannot have a big voice or have an opinion on society because they have not experienced as many years on earth as them. Malala broke the mold and she protested what she felt was right, even though she ended up getting shot in the face for it. Was it worth it? I think it was worth it. In conclusion I support the fact that Malala's parents allowed her to fight for woman's rights, and to stand up for what she believed in. Malala's shooting affected people across the world and she was even nominated for Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 18. My Personal Identity Essay A person's identity is shaped by many different aspects. Family, culture, friends, personal interests and surrounding environments are all factors that tend to help shape a person's identity. Some factors may have more of an influence than others and some may not have any influence at all. As a person grows up in a family, they are influenced by many aspects of their life. Family and culture may influence a person's sense of responsibilities, ethics and morals, tastes in music, humor and sports, and many other aspects of life. Friends and surrounding environments may influence a person's taste in clothing, music, speech, and social activities. Personal interests are what truly set individuals apart. An individual is not a puppet...show more content... Society has had a limited impact on my lifestyle, mostly because I despise trends. The largest trends I despise are rap and hip–hop and the clothing, attitudes, and type of speech that that type of 'music' is breeding. I chose to steer away from that crowd, but it may also be because I live my life off of adrenaline. My high on life is the energy I have when I get my blood pumping, my heart pounding, and my adrenaline raging. Most aspects of my individuality reflect that very well. I love hard, aggressive music, and also guns, but my passion in life is extreme sports, whether it be on a dirt bike, a bmx bike, a snowmobile, or a snowboard. I have a strong set of morals and ethics that I have partly adopted from my parents, but some are also partly my own. My morals mostly consist of karma (being kind, caring, helpful, truthful, and considerate to others), not littering (especially in nature), respecting nature, keeping a clean and welcoming home, success that is measured with happiness and not possessions, and having strong family ties. I feel that I am very strongly rounded individual who is going to go far in life. Many people would agree with that, although some people just think that I am an absolutely crazy person who has a death wish and will not go anywhere but to the hospital or the morgue. Educational experiences also tend to influence a person's identity. I have not had too many educational Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 19. I Am A Hard Working And Dedicated Student In daily life the term personality is very freely used by people with different meanings. Some people refer to the physical appearance like height, weight, color, body built, dress, voice, etc. Some other people refer to intellectual qualities like intelligence, activeness, way of speech, thinking and reasoning abilities, etc. However our psychological definitions tell us that personality refers to individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. The study of personality focuses on two broad areas: One is understanding individual differences in particular personality characteristics, such as sociability or irritability. The other is understanding how the various parts of a person come together as a whole. Emotions are the intense feelings that are directed at someone or something. I have never thought of what my personality is, so when i was asked to write an essay on what my personality was it was just a great task for me to writing about my personality. Primarily, I am a hard working and dedicated student. I 've always put my best in everything that I 've done academically. I am not the type of person who gets put up to a big challenge and backs down. I will always rise to the peak of my production and accomplish my goal. On this description I will be describing myself in a wide variety of personality traits that are good, and bad. • 20. Who Are You As A Writer? Essay When presented with the question, "who are you as a writer?", I was speechless at first. But after thinking about it, I realized who I am as a writer has been influenced by so many different sponsors throughout my life and there was not a short, concrete answer. Brandt mentions that "literacy is sponsored by people, institutions, and circumstances that both make it possible for a person to become literate and shape the way the person actually acquires literacy." (Brandt 43) My attitude towards writing has been influenced by teachers, both negatively and positively, by my mother, and by academic assignments over the years. My answer to the question can only be answered by a narrative of my writing life. I have convinced myself that I am a terrible writer, and when presented with a writing assignment, I get anxious instantly. I see writing as a burden and a huge obstacle that gets placed in my life. Academic writing is not fun, but something I value due to the fact that we are a grade driven society. When writing, I write to the guidelines in order to receive points for the requested criteria. The reason being, I gave up on expressing my own ideas because I had been shut down by so many teachers throughout my education. I tried to write down what came to my mind and put my own twist on things, but that was not the "right" way to write papers. In order to make both my teachers and my grades happy, I wrote what they wanted to hear, and even then I was not to the level they Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Essay When I think about who I am in my family, I think about my experiences, good and bad, that has made me who I To begin with, my parents divorced when I was just a toddler, so my consists of the maternal side of the tree; they're too loud, too proud, and full of chaos, but I 'm sure that all families have brown spots–don't they? When is a family considered dysfunctional? Is there some secret sauce that makes up a functional family? I have always been curious of how different my family and my life would've been if my parents had a better marriage. I was only three when they divorced, so I missed the opportunity to know my father or any of his family. From which side of my family did I inherit the most of my genes? Most of my mom 's side is loud and hateful. I'm more alike my grandparents; I'm a calm individual and don't enjoy being around draining negativity, but that's all my family consists of anymore. My grandparents have four children: my two uncles, my aunt, and my mother. I remember a time when my family would often get–together at my aunts house. They'd listen to music, play cards (usually pinochle) and just have a good time enjoying each others company. My cousin Danielle had an attic bedroom. She's seven years older than me, so we weren't close when I was an annoying five–year old. As soon as my hand would touch her doorknob, she 'd yell "You're not coming in my room Jessica!". It seemed like every time we visited, she 'd always have one of her friends with her and Get more content on HelpWriting.net
