My job is preparation of Architectural working
drawing , presentation drawing , sketchup
models for understating myself and as well as
site peoples, and coordinating with structure
and MEP. Moreover, I add personal touch to
your drawing and make sure that is eye-
catching and easy to understand. My aim is to
bring your drawings in the most creative way.

THIS WAS A RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT PROJECT AT
BANGALORE .
WE WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS. MY MAJOR TASK WAS PREPARATION
OF
ARCHITECTURAL WORKING DRAWING , SKETCHUP MODELS
AND
PRESENTATION DRAWING IN PHOTOSHOP.

3. PROJECTCONCEPT:-
THE GARDENIA TOWER
PROPOSAL CONCEPTS
ARE BASED UPON THREE
SIMPLE PRINCIPLES.
1. THE TOWERS ARE
INTENDED TO BE A
DESIGN WITH
SIGNIFICANT DESIGN
CHARACTER AND
RECOGNIZABLE IMAGE.
2. THE TOWERS WILL
BECOME THE CENTRE
FOCUS POINT OF THE
SITE FROM THE
SURROUNDING AREAS.
3. THE PODIUM WILL
ASSIST IN ORGANIZING
AND ORDERING THE SITE
THROUGH THE CREATION
OF ACTIVE PUBLIC
PLAZAS , ACCESS NODES
AND PEDESTRIAN
CIRCULATION.

4. ProjectDescription:-
Vaishnavi Gardenia is a
Multi-storey residential
condominium that
accommodates 5 Towers A,
B, C, D & E. The tower
footprint features less than
13% Ground Coverage.
With a staggering 87%
open space around the
tower The Gardenia Master
Plan is a Masterpiece.
The staggered linear form
ensures that the no towers
overlook into one another
and are separate by 30m
minimum distance.
All units are designed for
strict Vasthu Compliance
without compromising on
functional aspects like
circulation and ventilation.

5. Club
The High Club accommodates a premium Banquet Hall to host 200 person capacities overlooking a
large party lawn at Ground level. The Banquet hall can be customised into 2 smaller halls of 100 person
capacity, with dedicated Pre-function lobby. Defined spaces with attention to planning ensure that space
conflicts are avoided. Dedicated Lift and Lift Lobby for the club supports the vertical movement in 4
floors.
The First level of the club accommodates Board Games room overlooking the Swimming Pool. The Yoga
Space enclosed within a large landscaped terrace garden with is a unique feature at this floor. The
terrace landscape not just provides green but also ensures privacy and calm for meditation.
Indoor sports and gym floor is provided in the Second level. Full size Indoor Badminton court and Table
Tennis make this floor space. A viewing lounge attached to the Badminton court offers an extensive view
of the Gardenia Master Plan. The other unique aspect is the Duplex Gym that overlooks the extensive
garden and the large swimming pool area. The duplex gym offers weight training and Cardio vascular
facilities on different levels interconnected with an internal staircase. This planning ensures that the both
levels of the gym get maximum garden and swimming pool views.
The third level offers a Private Theatre with 16 seats in Gold Class Arrangement. Remote from the other
facilities this is the best offering in terms of Private Entertainment.
