7/12/2011 Baijnath Pandey 2 Founded In 1968 To Assist The Government In Resettling Tibetan Refugees. The Tibetan Program Ended In The Early 80s. By 1982 Myrada Moved Out Of Resettlement And Began To Focus Entirely On The Poor And Marginalized In The Rural Areas.
