Theory of Justice Analysis
Conception and reality usually poles apart. In a normal society, there is an existence of justice in order to give violators punishment and to promote peace in the area. The real picture is that violators are being punished however; they were able to lessen the punishments given to them. This article aims to explain justice theories as well as the utilitarian view, modern justice, the same with the security based justice. It is necessary to study in part the individual justice and mob justice from each other. In order to understand these two, the following are given considerations.

existence of justice in order to give violators punishment and to promote peace in
the area. The real picture is that violators are being punished however; they were
able to lessen the punishments given to them. This article aims to explain justice
theories as well as the utilitarian view, modern justice, the same with the security
based justice. It is necessary to study in part the individual justice and mob justice
from each other. In order to understand these two, the following are given
considerations.
Justice Theories
There are two types of justice explained: Rawl’s Theory of Justice is considered as
Fairness and Libertarianism. He stressed on the hypothetical model that can
explain justice in general. Using this model, people are made to select basic
principles of institutions present in the society (Ilstu). It should noted that the
outcome should have the element of being just and fair. The basic principles are
the following: Equal Liberty and Difference.
The Equal Liberty Principle discussed that every person is given the ultimate
freedom comparable with the freedom received by everyone (Ilstu)”. These
principles are present in the U.S. Constitution; the people of America are given the
right to have civil liberties through the laws of the land.
The Difference Principle explained that inequalities are allowed with the following
conditions:
If it is advantageous to everyone, particularly to the poor population; and if
government institutions was able to move toward the direction of providing equal
opportunity to all (Ilstu)”.
Using this definition, U.S. can also be used as an example. Inequalities are
present in the country especially in the aspect of socioeconomic status. Prior to the
period of recession, there are three classes existing: upper class, middle class and
lower class. After the recession, only two classes were identified, the upper class
and the lower class. There are group who are working for the upper class in order
to earn for a living. This kind of justice is regarded as societal because it exists in
the culture of America. However, libertarianism is unusual.
