  • 4. “What’s in it for me? “ (WII- FM) Discuss with the trainee : 1. Why do they need this information? 2. How will you benefit from it? 3. How can they make use of it in a practical, real way? 4

  • 6. Each individual is responsible for the learning and..  Trainer must create ……………..  Give participant an opportunity to indicate their 1. Expectation 2. Outcome they expect, and 3. What are they willing to do to achieve those results. 6
