 Maintaining cost Vs. Revenue sheet on monthly basis and analyse the performance of each
individual & Branch as well.
 Communicating with all the Branches which come under the Region (actually Four Branches)
and discussing with them in regard to their business strategy & Payment collection process.
At the same time provide them support and help to grow their business and improve their
Branch performance.
 Maintain excellent relationship with all our existing clients and retain them and make them
loyal towards us. However, we also share a good bonding with our vehicle vendors who
provide us vehicles in the region.
