Airlines Business Case:
Mobile Applications have become omnipresent in many aspects of our lives in the past five years and they have
completely changed our needs. Industries are continuously trying to face these changes to catch up with the
environment in which they operate.
Today customers use airlines’ websites and mobile application to make reservations and to get information on
flight schedules.
Challenge:
The aviation industry has been struggling for a long time to find effective and efficient methods of
communications that would achieve the customer centricity and increase customers’ satisfaction.
SmartCom:
SmartCom Mobile Unified Communications allows passengers to call Airlines companies for FREE from anywhere in
the world and to submit his complaint from Airlines app with touches of his fingers.
Airlines companies can send the customers Bulk Messages for free with the ability to target certain demographics.
SmartCom user’s experience is delivered through mobile application that can be integrated with the airlines
current mobile app or it can separate app with the airlines look and feel to maintain a unique environment and
community throughout the communication behavior.
Passengers:
SmartCom will enable Passengers to:
- Call Centre agents for FREE.
- Send messages to Airlines for FREE.
- Chat Live with Call Center Agents for FREE.
- Receive Voicemail messages if they are not available for FREE.
- Submit M-Complaints directly from the mobile app.
