• Every week for the next 8 weeks, you will spend 90 
minutes learning unique Body-Mind-Spirit strategies 
and tools to uplift your personal and team’s well-being 
as well as acquire essential positive leadership soft skills 
• It is easier to get leaders/Top talent to commit to 90 
minutes every week than to get them off their busy 
schedule for a few days

Sustainable “OJT” and Relevant: 
• Change is a process. It takes time and effort to change old habits 
• Weekly OJT (On The Job) missions to apply theory into real life 
practice relevant to your challenges 
• Discipline: 
• Weekly goals setting 
• Accountability and ownership 
• Appreciative performance debriefings on what works and 
brainstorm how to creatively work around the challenges 
to increase success.

designed to:

• Almost every activity is backed by evidence from research 
or case studies from real life 
• Lower inhibitions and increase retention of learning 
points using humor, playfulness, role-plays, storytelling

• We recommend that you will measure happiness levels before and after
