HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language.
HTML is not a programming language, it is a
markup language.
A markup language is a set of markup tags.
HTML uses markup tags to describe web pages.
4. CSS
A CSS (cascading style sheet) file
allows us to separate our web
sites (X)HTML content from it's
style.
5. How to use the CSS
At this point we have some choices of how to
use the CSS:
Internally,
Externally.
6. JAVASCRIPT
JavaScript ≠ Java.
It is a Scripting Language from Netscape.
Purpose : to create Dynamic Pages.
It is use for validation of data.
7. Where to write script code
In the Body section.
In the Head section.
We can also call the script file into
HTML page.
8. SERVLET
Servlet is a Java program that extends the functionality of
a web server, generating dynamic contents and interactive
with web client using a request-response paradigm.
Servlets are to Servers what Applets are to Browsers
