6. Dr. Anna Becker
CEO, FOUNDER
Her deep-learning algorithms manage over 1 Billion dollars of
investment (AuM) and have been deployed in managing institutional
monies for more than a decade.
Her teams of AI scientists have more than 20 proprietary AI systems
in operation and serve as the AI investing backbone of trading at more
than 150 investment firms across the United States, Europe and Asia.
At the age of 20 Anna found an approximation algorithm by a factor of
two, which now has wide applications in operating systems, database
systems, and VLSI chip design.
Worked with CME/CBOT, FCM’s and other participants of Futures and
Commodities eco-system, to promote algorithmic trading platform to
retail and institutional clients.
Following her PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the elite Technion
University, Dr. Becker has founded and sold several AI companies in
the FinTech space and is now the founder and CEO of Endotech.
Her publications have been distributed in the leading AI financial
circles across Europe and America, and her Machine Learning
systems have been integrated into the some of the world’s largest
and most successful banks and funds worldwide including Dragon
Holdings to MFGlobal.

7. Financial Commision Appoints Dr. Anna Becker
to its Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC)
February 20, 2017 – Hong Kong & New York: Financial Commission,
a leading External Dispute Resolution (EDR) organization, operated by
FinaCom PLC, servicing online brokerages and technology providers
within the financial services industry, today announces the appointment
of Dr. Anna Becker to its Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC).
With more than 20 years of senior leadership and innovation in retail
brokerage and finance organizations, Dr. Anna Becker brings a diverse
set of skills to Financial Commission’s DRC.
Anna has core experiences in founding retail software solutions
and building retail brokerages. She has proven expertise in bringing
new technologies like big data systems, behavioural systems and
automation to drive innovation in retail trading.
Dr. Becker’s early entrepreneurial successes range from founding
Strategy Runner (Sold) to driving growth in established organizations
(MF Global, Gilboa Fund). Lately, she founded Sherpa to provide
new technologies and services to retail financial institutions. As an
experienced executive and change agent in retail finance, Dr. Becker
has worked with more than 300 brokers and has served as the
compliance officer with regulators like the NFA and CFTC.
Dr. Anna Becker holds MSc degree in computer science and PhD degree
in AI from Technion (Israel). She is also an author of several books on
Artificial Intelligence and has deep experience in algorithmic investment
solutions.
Enhancing the DRC structure
Dr. Anna Becker is the latest industry expert to join the Financial
Commission’s DRC – which consists of a diverse panel of industry
professionals who follow a non-bias process to process and resolve
complaints from member’s clients.

Dmitry has a proven success record in business development, public

Dmitry holds an B.Sc. in Physics and Planetary Sciences and an

Dmitry’s leading-edge technology is utilized in his multiple innovative

12. HOW DOES THIS WORK FOR ME?
The Referral Plan will fund $10,000,000 for D.AI.SY’s new AI Development.

Purchasing the Daisy Crowdfund packages is a contribution to the equity crowdfund for
