selling space to test the knowledge, skills
and passion of Super Bowl fans.

test by supporting your team in a full-cerebral
match-up!

Touch Down Showdown
Fans show off their Super Bowl passion by
recording their personal touchdown dance. Video
cameras surround a mini End Zone and set the
context of this final check point. The video is
hosted online and voted on by a global audience
of football fanatics.

ULTIMATE FAN CHALLENGE
Social Scoreboard
A scoreboard turns the LIDS Fan Experience into a
competition the opposing teams fans. Each team’s
score is generated from:
‱	 Scores from the “Ultimate Fan Challenge”
‱	 Sales data of team merchandise
‱	 Tweets with team hashtags from Fans not
attending the Super Bowl
‱	 Number of fans who enter each team’s side of the
entryway

ULTIMATE FAN CHALLENGE
Social Scoreboard
The Social Scoreboard can auto-tweet updates on
the scores to motivate fans to return and perform
more challenges, make more purchases or tweet
more team support in the days leading up to the
Super Bowl game.
All fans that contribute to the Social Scoreboard
receive access to a unique LIDS Facebook page
where they can redeem an exclusive Super Bowl
XLVII reward from local Lids retail locations. Fans
become social influencers as they share their access
with friends and family.

Driving shoppers back to LIDS Retail Stores
1.	When a purchase is made, a custom QR or
URL code is printed on the receipt.
2.	When scanned this QR/URL goes to a LIDS
Facebook page
3.	When the page is Liked a certificate is
emailed or available for print to take to a local
LIDS retail store for an in-store purchase
discount

Access to all LIDS’ has to offer
A new LIDS Locker Room format featuring
a digital showroom where visitors can scroll
through all available NFL team merchandise.
Purchases can be accomplished via QR
code generated by each item selected. Fans
purchase it on the spot and have it delivered to
their home.
