• Air diffuse in and out through its cell membrane

• The respiratory organ of the earthworm is its moist skin
• Its is are always seen in moist alone

• Rows of small openings can be seen on the sides of the body of all insects
• A network of tubules seen attached to them is the respiratory organ in insects
