(1991 - 1999) work experience (1) before joining Tops, i’ve been working with for almost 7 years in b.e.billimoria & co. heading their computer division, there i gained wide spread exposure to edp and construction costing. e.d.p. - manager (1999 - 2000) corporate manager - system (2001 – till date)
[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],mile stone 1 2001-2003/04 work experience (2) in jan 2001 when i joined tops security limited as a corporate manager system, they were only a  150 cr co with some 12 pc’s. today it’s a magnificent 1500 cr co (mnc) with more than 1800 pc’s mile stone 2 2004-2007/08 mile stone 3 2008 till date
IT based management information reports are crucial, not only internally, but also externally for different purpose ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Management Reporting provide management with weekly/monthly reporting and appropriate analysis in line with company guidelines & iso 27001 processes. because of the way of working we applied on the month end closing, now we do less manual work & spend more time on analytical activities. under my leadership management reports are provided on time and with better data support (factual), both for internal and external purpose.
strategic plan/ AOP/ forecasting are projects that involves with team ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Strategic Plan / AOP / Forecasting responsible in preparing quarterly forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP)   , and long term strategic plan in line with the company guidelines and within required deadlines. As a result all reporting documents are ready to be reviewed as per schedule. By doing this, I’ve learned the complete process of business strategies
There are 3 big projects in this year which are implementing ISMS, Score Cards & JDE’s pilot completion Capex Proposal ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],responsible of investment proposals. calculate and evaluate the cost verses benefit of investments and do post evaluations of major capex done in the past because of good preparation of project’s plan, all were approved smoothly. as an IT team we continue with this and also take care of the post evaluation when projects are finished.
cross functional, close coordination and cooperation with all department is very important role in my position  ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
