Maintaining patient privacy is paramount
Meeting HIPPA requirement is essential

4. ffonio.in Overview
 Patient initiates a communication session with a care giver
 Initially both the patient and the care giver have a text chat
session
 Depending on the condition, they can change the conversation
to either voice and video communication
 Care giver can take notes on the chat session
 The session particulars, text chat session and the notes are
logged and can be referenced
 The system can run on a low-end computer (costing $35) or a
full fledged server
 Depending on the number of care givers and not on the number of patients
 The communication takes place over a secure connection
 The data is encrypted and stored locally
 No third party involvement to complicate HIPPA
