Report Templates 1.creation of templates for reporting: we should get whatever report we want
In any excel format without having any unwanted columns. Ie., if we want
To have the customer’s name, Name of the product and No of products sold
It should have only 3 columns and not six or seven columns with name of the sales
person, order state, amount etc. similarly with other formats. This means
We need not have to copy the figures into a separate excel sheet manually and present
the statement to the management.

Phases
Every year the columns like win/lost/decline stage in opportunity
screen, invoices in sales order, demos completed, Payment received in case of
services imparted, Payments received Under BG, Security deposit, c form and
EMD should become Nil and to be transferred to a file which we can refer later
& to be kept in document depository. At the opening of financial year These
columns should be blank and ready for entering the figures for the ensuing
financial year. In leads screen all the declined enquiries to go to depository.

Columns
Other columns in the opportunities screen like new, qualification,
proposition, Tender, Tender participation, negotiation, Hot
opportunity will continue for the next year.
Organization
Hierarchy
Addition of names of officials joined, assignment of rights to them
Zone
Modification
Modification of Zones and creation of additional Zone/s as per new structure.
Now the 5 Regions have been made as 3 Zones. North Zone, South Zone and
International Zone. North Zone contains Present North Region plus North East Region.
South Zone contains Present South Region plus Eastern Region.
Mr. Ramu will be heading the South Zone and North Zone will be headed by
Mr. Summit Dua.
International Zone: USA, Europe, Australia will be headed by Mr. Magesh.
Colombo and Bangladesh will be headed by Mr. Ramu Ravi chander,
Middle east countries will be headed by Mr. Sunil Limaye and
Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, will be headed by Mr. Sumit Dua.
Changes in assignment of rights, Zone wise distribution etc to be reviewed and necessary
modifications to be done.

Presently we are moving any double entry in win stage to decline stage.

Daily sales Report/Daily activity Report: (DSR and DAR)
This will be of 3 types :
a. Activity connected with the opportunity. (like follow up of tender, negotiation,
bids etc which are already in ERP
b. Activity not connected with the opportunity but will come as opportunity at a
later stage. Ie canvassing of new business, trying to meet new customers for
getting enquiries etc.,

Client Internal Not connected with the opportunity: ie., attending exhibitions, distribution of calendars, Dairies
etc., to customers.
To enter these in the ERP so that the dairy of work done by an official on that day
Will be marked in ERP and management can very well look into it for any day, any period.

Demo
Mr. simpi wants to know that when they have gone to a particular Place
say
Vizag for a demo and they may have to conduct a demo in a nearby
place after completing the demo at vizag. This demo was not scheduled
earlier and no request had come from any RSM earlier. It was not
entered in ERP earlier. He wants to know how this can be entered in
ERP Manually after completing the demo.
