4. * Topublish a cumulative book, with photo reproductions, on
her research with a university press in the next 5 years.
* Complete moving and converting research materials to
cloud-networkedstorage.
* Wants to make her research files easier to access and search
to improve productivity.
* Many images are in unstable formats (JPEG and polaroid).
* The documentation Dr. Silva is creating may be the only
documentation in existance for some of the windows.
* If she forgets to record the location and date properly for an
image, it can be very time-consuming to nearly impossible to
identify the image later .

Personas were developed for website design and application development (user-centered design).
They’re ‘archetypes’, not real people. Each was primarily designed by one person but fleshed out by the group.
The discussion of each persona lead to different places but the end result is that everyone in the group learned something from the exercise.
No Persona is perfect – in fact – flaws are often added to provide more complex scenarios for testing.
With the help of the working group, and some friends, there are 6 Personas from different disciplines that are nearly complete.

Goal and Frustrations frame their actions and motivations.
Descriptive paragraphs provide the details of their research, habits, and workflows.
