Throughout the presentation we will be asking you to answer some questions. We want to introduce you to our products, but we also want to get your feedback and this questionnaire will give us an opportunity to do that. Ask first 2 questions now

- Let’s take a look at a live webcast Generally you will be in your office or home , whether alone or with colleagues The live presentation will be going on in Vancouver The live webcast consists of a power point presentation and the speaker’s voice You will also see a list of participants , and you are able to communicate privately with them during the webcast You are provided with an internet link to the materials which you access online and can download and print You are able to ask questions of the speaker through an email chat function We are planning to offer approximately 30 live webcasts this year and 40 next year

- Let’s take a look at our webcast archive The webcast archive is a tape of a live webcast with added features We currently have 200 modules from 35 courses in our archive and we are increasing to 30 more courses this year - about 180 modules and 40 next year - about 240 modules they are usually available within 3 weeks after the course They are available by subscription to the entire archive

- Intro We have online all materials that have been available for sale since 2001 They are available as individual topics When you see them online, they look like the print materials But they have the added feature of being searchable

- Intro You are probably all familiar with our books We now have 17 of our 50 books online we are moving aggressively to make them all available as quickly as possible What makes our online books unique is that they are searchable and you can link from them to case law and to legislation. In addition, the forms and precedents can be downloaded and filled out on your own computer.
