This document describes a school partnership project between schools in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, and Turkey. The project aimed to compare different school systems and approaches to education in the participating countries. Students learned about similarities and differences in areas like class sizes, treatment of ethnic groups, and teaching methods. At the end of the project, the schools produced shared materials like a logo, magazine, photos and DVD to document their collaboration.

Lifelong learning programme - COMENIUS Multilateral school partnerships
The aim of our common project was
to make pupils compare similarities
and diversities of completely differ-
ent school pedagogical systems as
well as family education in four
European countries (Czech Repub-
lic, Poland, Bulgaria and Turkey).
All these countries belong to
European Union, but we could ob-
serve many different approaches to
education of young people - pupils
´age classification, their number in
class, coexistence of different ethnic
and religious cultures, school
management and facilities, forms
and methods of teaching and
engaging (motivation) including
seating plans, ways of home prepa-
ration.
At the end of the project we are
ready with our common practical
and promotional outcome products -
logo, webzine, souvenirs, photos,
DVD, an international cookbook.
