6. Warehouse person will make a GRN(GOODS RECEIPT NOTE
CHECKLIST).
Further it will inform Q.C for sampling through Q.A and by entry on IMS.
Sampling done by using sampling formula.(√n+1) For API 100% Sampling.
Sample label are prepared by Q.A in order to avoid any mismatch and
identification of product.
Testing of samples done by Q.C.by various techniques involved.
Samples tested and found under certain specifications are classified as
approved.and those which are not under specification are classified as rejected
materials.
Production sends requition to warehouses for approved batches required to
undergo further production and convert to a final product.

tablet manufacturing technology. This is achieved by reducing
processing time, more homogenous mixing, Uniformity of

Granulator rotates at two speeds – 1500 / 3000 RPM. The
Granulator head is of highly polished stainless steel and is
easily removable for cleaning.
