Community Manager (CM) since 2009. An exciting job that I adore and that I did first in alumni association and then in start-ups. What’s made my day is the contact on line or IRL with my community. Their satisfaction is my top priority. All doesn't happen behind a screen. I create and deploy a strategy of community management to involve the community in a long-term commitment.
