Over the course of his lengthy career in the professional services industry, Arnold McClellan cultivated a thorough specialization in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business development, and tax management of client interests in the United States and abroad. Following graduation from Georgia State University with his B.B.A. in Accounting, Arnold McClellan earned designation as a Certified Public Accountant from the Georgia Board of Accountancy. From there, Arnold McClellan joined the Atlanta-based office of Arthur Andersen LLP as an entry-level Tax Consultant. He garnered a promotion to Senior Tax Consultant in 1986.
