1. POLISH VISIT TO BURGOS

2. SUNDAY JANUARY 22
Arrival in Madrid

The Spanish students and their families welcomed their Polish
guests at their arrival at the bus station at 19:30 and took them to
their homes

3. MONDAY JANUARY 23
Morning

Meeting in IES Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente library for the
presentation of the project: from 8:30 to 9:20

During this session we had the Principal's welcome to our Polish
partners.

Breakfast in the school's cafeteria. (till 10:15) Gift bag with
brochures and maps about Burgos and its province.

4. MONDAY JANUARY 23
Morning

PROJECT MEETING: Step 1 LOCATION (10:35 to 11:25 and 13: 35 to 14:25)

Study the location and advantages of setting up a fitness centre and
hostel in a rural area in the province of Burgos.

Alternatives: ATAPUERCA, SILOS or COVARRUBIAS

5. MONDAY JANUARY 23
Afternoon

We visited the Cathedral and had a walk around the city centre.

6. TUESDAY JANUARY 24


PROJECT MEETING: Step 2 OUTDOOR and INDOOR
ACTIVITIES and STAFF REQUIRED (from 8:30 to 10:15)

7. TUESDAY JANUARY 24
Morning

Visit to the TOWN HALL. Welcome by Bienvenido Nieto, member
of the City Council.

8. TUESDAY JANUARY 24
Afternoon

SPANISH DANCING (pasodoble, flamenco) at Blanca Sainz's
Ballet School.

9. WEDNESDAY JANUARY 25
Morning

PROJECT MEETING: Step 3 QUESTIONS FOR THE
INTERVIEWS TO CANDIDATES (from 8:30 to 10:15)

Each group (ATAPUERCA, SILOS, COVARRUBIAS) showed
their presentations and their final conclusions to the rest.

Visit to the Royal Site “Las Huelgas”

11. WEDNESDAY JANUARY 25
Afternoon

We visited the Museum of Human Evolution, based on the
archeological site of Atapuerca.

12. THURSDAY JANUARY 26

DAY TRIP to COVARRUBIAS, SANTO DOMINGO DE SILOS
and LA YECLA.
