3. Brief Overview The students will learn about the life cycle of a frog. This lesson is part of a unit on animal life cycles. The students will learn and be able to recite the three stages in the frogs life cycle. In this lesson the students will be in centers. The students will create a frog diagram, make comments in the classroom blog, and draw the stages in the frogs life cycle.

5. Learn that a frog is an amphibian because it lives on land but lays eggs in the water.

9. Center One The students will create a frog life cycle diagram. The students will be expected to recall the three stages in the life cycle and glue them in order on the diagram. The diagrams will be graded with a rubric.
11. Center Two The students will create a frog book. The frog book will have one page for each stage in the life cycle. The students will draw the life cycle stages.
12. Center Three The students will come to the classroom computers two at a time. The students will comment on the classroom blog. The teacher will type the students comments. The teacher will read the comments on the blog to the students
