 Introduction
   :
The importance of the site drives from being linked with king Abdullah Road ,
As well as its proximity to KSU , DQ , Historical Irgah city . In addition The site
is characterized by the natural features of wadi Hanifa . During the initial
survey of the study area it’s noticed that there are urban problems such as
random planning , the absence of regulations in addition to the incomplete
facilities . There for . It’s most important to establish a clear vision to the
development of the area based on comprehensive urban design process .

1- sustainability :

    A- Using Solar power to generate electricity :
      all buildings will be covered with solar panels & using
      the new transparent solar technology in windows
      which directed to the sun

                                                                                            Using a safe movement system which solve the issues of the pedestrian ,
                                                                                            handy caps , bikers and vehicles interaction . By separated lanes . Speed
                                                                                            reduction , cross lines elements , etc.

      All the buildings will have water treatment systems

In addition The site is characterized by the natural features of wadi Hanifa . During the initial survey of the study area it’s noticed that there are urban problems such as random planning , the absence of regulations in addition to the incomplete facilities . There for .
