2. Health problems
The most common health problems for each person in their day, is the headache, which is a discomfort that affects
your nervous sense, causes you a lot of weight and desire to sleep, it is best that you self-medicate and take rest for
less than a day for the discomfort to pass, and it happens a lot in every person due to constant stress.
Another would be the excessive consumption of alcohol since many young people in the different meetings have
fun and consume alcohol but sometimes they drink it excessively that can cause an addiction, so it is important if
you have this addiction to attend therapy with your family and so on. They can fix the problems you have.
Both problems are serious since, either due to stress or addiction, young people can be very affected by this, so you
always have to relax, you should always ask for help if that happens, either from your parents or from the person
who is closest to you. you trust, these problems can even affect you.
