   • Built this business from scratch. Developed the business plan, obtained financing,
      negotiated leases for property and equipment, contracted with customers, as well as,

   •   Developed a process using specialized testing equipment and laptop computers that
       performed bio-medical safety testing of medical equipment in nursing homes.
   •   The results of the tests were subsequently stored in a database and provided the

   • Acted as Technical support for all hardware and software encompassing: evaluation;
      testing and installation; day-to-day operational support and problem tracking;
