• Business continuity of ISPs and other Internet multi-stakeholders in question
– Need to find alternative source for IPv4 addresses
• No sustainable alternative options
• Prolonged impact
– Difficulties to maintain sustainable Internet growth
– No more new entries to the Internet market place
