changes.
Change is hard. Your sheer willpower
wont make things happen.
Pushing yourself hard, feeling stressed, and guilty,
will make you give up sooner or later.

Getting excited!
I can hear you protesting! Listen. Getting all pumped up
may keep you going for a few weeks but it will soon wear out.
Excitement is not a reliable motivator.
Don't depend on it!
Emotions change many times in a day. Hoping to use
emotions to carry you through, for a year, is only wishful
thinking.

Write down what you have already accomplished in
the last years. Criteria to select previous
accomplishments:
• Process: took you much more than one step.
• Time: required much more than one day.
• Value: have much more than one benefit.
8. 2. USE GOOD HABITS
Write down which good habits kept you
productive last year and years past.
• Extract the daily routines that have
made previous success possible.
• Create new habits that simplify your life
and free your time.
9. 3. GET FEEDBACK
1.Select one past accomplishments as foundation.
2.Plan to build, add, expand on it.
3.Create your blueprint.
4.Brake the process in small steps.
5.Develop criteria to evaluate each step.
6.Pause to rest and to evaluate.
7.Use the feedback to correct your process.
8.Continue until done.
