• Phase 1- 196 units ; possession in

5. Collaboration#1 : Transfer of Khata
• Builder bifurcated the Khata and sent the copy to individual owners
• Assisted in getting key contacts who made Khata transfer possible to unit
owners name
• Around 120 Khata has been received
6. Collaboration#2 : Court Notice – Adjacent
Property
• Govt Notice posted on neighbor property mis-interpreted
• A post from resident created a panic situation in the campus
• Immediate discussion was initiated with builder to get the real facts
• It was confirmed by Director-CREH that notice was indeed issued to
adjacent property
7. Collaboration#3 : DC Notice
• A resident helped us to get the notice issued by DC Office, Revenue Dept
• Immediately the copy was shared with Century Management
• Management Committee decided to apprise residents only after getting more
clarity
• After due consultation it was decided to ask builder to apply for stay in High
Court
• Post this a meeting of Residents was conveyed and facts revealed
8. Other Collaboration:
• Transfer of BESCOM individual ownership
• Assistance to get Kaveri water
• Follow up on issues relating to BESCOM, Roads etc…
9. Association’s Assistance to Builder:
• Complete take over of Operations
• Financial Management of Operations – Implementation of Adda
• Assistance in Movement of Construction Materials to Phase-2
• Providing builder consultation on incubation of new Management
Committee at other sites
• Complete survey of the property
• Assistance in running STP , OWC etc
10. Conclusion
• Understanding between Association and
Builder is vital
• Any one moves in opp direction will only
de-rail the progression of the campus
• Need to take conscious call when to step
in and step out
• A win-win strategy is always adviceable
