2. Kose Bose the Bird made a nest in a big tree.
She laid some eggs.

3. Kuma Lisa the Fox came under the tree and said:
“Kose Bose, give me one egg. I’d like to make soup for Mom and Dad.”
Kose Bose gave her an egg.

4. The next day the Fox came again and asked for another egg.
Kose Bose gave her one.

5. Kuma Lisa took all the eggs and said to Kose Bose:
“Tomorrow I will come again. If you don’t give me an egg,
I will eat you.”

6. Kose Bose was scared and began to cry.

7. Sharo the Dog came to the tree : “Why are you crying, Kose Bose?
“Kuma Lisa took all my eggs”- said Kose Bose.
“She will come tomorrow and she will eat me....”

8. “Don’t cry Kose Bose. When Kuma Lisa comes, tell her
that there is a big fat hen in the bushes. I will hide myself there.”

9. Kose Bose did everything what Sharo said. Kuma Lisa went to the
bushes. Sharo jumped out and chased her. Kuma Lisa ran, Sharo ran
after her. So she never came to Kose Bose again.

10. Kose Bose and Sharo became best friends.
