 Accountable for –
 The overall planning, work allocation and status update of projects in the North America Client
Service team based in Gurgaon, Toronto, Encino and Dallas.
 Plan out the work allocation based on competencies and capabilities existing in various verticals,
while maintaining optimum utilization and high quality delivery across the teams.
 Interact with key internal stake holders to ensure smooth allocation of projects, maintain regular
status update, as well as produce relevant reports.
 Responsibilities –
 Build a robust CS Planning function
o Create and sustain the skill and proficiency chart for all the project managers in
consultation with the Team Leaders and Directors.
o Assess and adapt the system as needed to increase efficiency and accuracy of the
scheduling process.
o Capture and maintain the log on PM’s specific expertise towards unique client standards

or projects with special requirements.
o Build rational for clients allocation (dedicated teams)
o Build norms for work load capacity management and real time monitoring of utilization.
o Track budgeted vs actual utilization and report opportunities for improving overall
efficiencies.
o Create and maintain mechanism to interface between the Team Leaders and the Project
Initiation team for timely revenue reporting.
o System for quick assignment of projects to the most suitable Project Manager based on
his/her current utilization.
Effectively manage the CS Planning function on day to day basis.
o Daily project assignment to the Project Managers.
o Ensure optimum utilization of all the Project Managers across all locations.
o Ensures all critical projects are effectively being assigned during National holidays in a
particular location.
o Back-up planning in case of leaves and absenteeism within the Project Management
group.
o Raising timely flags on approaching near peak utilizations and working with the CS
Directors to find alternative ways of managing peaks.
o Reporting specific feedback on the training needs of the Project Managers based on
project volume trends and relative performance.
Reporting & Analysis
o Publishing the weekly/Monthly reports on –
 Volumes handled by each team
 Utilization and efficiency of each team and the overall function
 Headcount management – Budget Vs Actual as well as forecast based on
volume trends and attrition.
