Abstract
Fairness is not given everyone the same thing. Fairness is giving each person what they need to
succeed. If children are given the necessary tools to succeed, they will succeed beyond their
wildest dreams. This study discus on the various types of issues faced in our Incisive Education
system
Keywords: Inclusive Education, Disability,
Rationale Background
In India, there are 27 million people with special needs, in a population of 1.2 billion. This
means that about 2.2% of our population has special needs. About 4.6 million people are in the
age group 10–19 years. The picture for 0–6 years is bleaker, with about 2 million in these age
group having special needs. They often have trouble with access to education. According to the
Census, only 61% of children with special needs (CWSN) aged 5–19 attended educational
institutions of any sort.

An educational problem exists when a health care professional lacks the knowledge, skills and
attitudes necessary for the desired performance. The main problems faced in the progress of
education: Lack of funds, Expensive higher education, Problem of brain drain, Mass illiteracy,
Wastage of resources, General education oriented, Problems of primary education.

in age appropriate general education classes that are in their own neighborhood schools to
receive high quality instructions, and support the enable them to meet success in the core
curriculum.

• 2.01% of female population in India is disabled.
• Overall there are 2crores 68lakhs person with disability
• More than 41% person with disabilities in India never get married
Disabled students quota in school and colleges
There are only 8,449 students with disabilities studying in India. The country’s top 150 colleges,
universities and institutes have only 0.56 percent of disabled candidates enrolled as students.
That means that out of a total of 15,21,438 students in these are only 8,449 students with
disabilities.
Demand of institution for disabled students
If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way that they learn, but the
current educational institutions such as NIPMED alone not able to cater the needs of the disabled
students of our country. There is a urgent need to initiate many such institutions with easy
accessibility.
Inclusion is unquestioned acceptance.
Judging a child who has special needs does not define who they are it defines who you are, hence
it is our responsibility to overcome the challenges in successful implementing the Inclusive
Education system but the Government alone cannot accomplish this task of making the “Right
Real”. It can be concluded that these types of gaps can only be fulfilled with the help of
collaboration to all the states holders like universities / teacher education institute etc.
