PRESENTATION I have chosen to compare 2 independent hotels both located in Paris, in the heart of the ‘Triangle d’Or’ district, next to the Champs ElysĂ©es. They are both 4 star hotels.  ,[object Object],[object Object]

1. HOTEL VERNET
HOTEL VERNET ON GOOGLE How easy is it to find in the rank of the Google Search results? Its website is the first one to appear in the results, even without specifying Paris in the research. As for the third party sites having the most visible results, they are:  ,[object Object]
Hotel.info is the 6th result and Splendia the 8th one,[object Object]
2. HOTEL SAN REGIS
HOTEL SAN REGIS ON GOOGLE How easy is it to find in the rank of the Google Search results? Its website is the first one to appear in the results, even without specifying Paris in the research. As for the third party sites having the most visible results, they are:  ,[object Object]
Hotel.info is the 7th result, Prestigia is the 8th one and TripAdvisor is the 9th.,[object Object]
HOTEL SAN REGIS ON GOOGLE The St. Regis is ranked at the 3rd place in the results.
How easy is it to use? HOTEL VERNET OWN WEBSITE
Ease of access to decision information The access is easy, as the customer only needs to select its language and is directly linked to the main page with the varied range of information. Moreover, on the main site page, a direct access to rates and bookings is available.

Ease of access to decision information On the main site page, a direct access to rates and bookings is available, but also to special offers. Once the customer has chosen its language he is linked to the main information. However the different ranges are not that clear according to me. But on the general page of the hotel a direct availability check  tool is available (see below).
Ease of access to rooms details The access is less obvious as for the Hotel Vernetas it is in the “Welcome to the hotel” range. Moreover, under each picture is a direct link to “booking the hotel” which is a major advantage, as the customer does not need to go back to the menu. If he has a crush while watching the picture of a room he can immediately book. It is a way of using immediate feelings linked to view to gain clients. They present ,[object Object]
