This presentation shows how a shoe line is built inside a whole shoe collection of new proposals.

2. The stiletto-pointed toe shoe project
• This shoe line, made on one last/heel, is just a part of an entire collection
made of 7 original lasts/heels (7 shoe lines), for a client whose market is a
medium-high one: a sophisticated lady, who likes vivid color and material
combination.
• Each shoe line has been designed from initial moodboard to final sketch on
the last by me and also the last was made at my Last supplier, followed by me.
• Of course the final decision and choice of some materials was made by the
client/company.
• Each shoe line was composed by 10 brand new upper models, both drawn by
hand on paper and on the last.
• The target client is an international, independent and confident professional,
willing of being appreciated as a woman too.
• The shoes are meant to be used in everyday moment, even because the heel
is a medium high one in this particular shoe line.
• The challange in this work was to put together my design vision, the actual
trends, the values of the client/factory, their level of making shoes and the
needs of the market.
