2. ABSTRACT
This project aims to create the design project
of informational-corporate stand «Tile of
Spain» within the framework of the Official
Spanish Pavilion at Batimat Russia in 2015.
Under the brand name «Tile of Spain» Spanish
Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) and
the Spanish Association of Ceramic Tile
Manufacturers (ASCER), in collaboration
with the Economic and Commercial Section of
the Embassy of Spain in Moscow, carried out
promotion of Spanish ceramic tiles on Russian
market.
An inherent part of every Official Pavilion is
information - corporate stand, the function of
which is, on the one hand, the coordination
of all of the Pavilion and the provision of
information about the companies participating
in the exhibition and the potential of the
Spanish branch of production, and on the
other hand, the formation of the visitor an
attractive image of Spanish products.

3. INSPIRATION & CONCEPT
CREATING INFORMAL DESIGN and SPATIAL ORGANISATION

of men. It must be more research-oriented, and we must stop defiling the earth itself with poorly-
designed objects and structures.”

The main philosophy of designing exhibition space is using a minimum resources for the best result;
unusual, affordable materials reinvented in a surprising way should represent as a key part of
temporary construction and exhibiton space organisation experience. Common materials with strong
textures are transformed into strong emotions.

CONCEPT
Centre Georges Pompidou by Renzo Piano
(1971-1977)
The design concept was exposing all of the
infrastructure of the building. The skeleton itself
engulfs the building from its exterior, showing all of
the different mechanical and structure systems not only
so that they could be understood but also to maximize
the interior space without interruptions.
Labyrinth as pattern
In medieval times, the labyrinth
symbolized a hard path to God
with a clearly defined center
(God) and one entrance (birth).
