INTRODUCTION
 Now a days there is a necessity for large amounts
of energy and sources produce these energies are
decreasing day by day
 Solar is the way people are looking to these days
DEMAND FOR SOLAR ENERGY

 INDIA is a fast developing country ,with a
cumulative installed grid connected solar power
capacity of 8062MW(8GW) as of 31 july,2016
WHY SOLAR ENERGY
 Solar power generation has emerged as one of the
most rapidly growing renewable resources of
electricity
 Solar power generation has several advantages
over other forms of electric generation
SOLAR TREE
 The solar tree captures energy from sunlight and wind to
generate electricity for homes, industries etc.,
 As we know the photosynthesis process, green leaves
are producing food for humans likewise these solar
panels produce energy for the society.so it is very
appropriate to call it is a tree

effect
 Batteries are charged during the day time and used
for store the energy and can use on cloudy days
 LED’S automatically switched on
 These LED’S indicate how much charge left

ADVANTAGES
 Land requirement is very less
 People can save electricity bills
 People in poor countries have to access electricity
 No air pollution
APPLICATIONS
 Street supply
 House supply
 Industrial power supply
DISADVANTAGES
 Cost is high
 May cause hazards to birds and insects
 Hazards to eyesight from solar reflectors
CONCLUSION
 To fulfil the increasing of energy demand
 Saving of land, this project is very successful one
 This can provide electricity without any power cut
problem
 The extra energy can be provided by the grid
