3. Project #2 IRC [Information Resource Center]
Customer Bank of America (BOA)
Description  IRC application acts as a medium for user to raise requests for accessing
Teradata platform, creation of access categories, complete approval
process will be maintained through the IRC website.
 For communicating with users, by publishing bulletins for any outage of
platforms or new production deployments.
 The approval process starts with the Reporting Manager approval in the
first stage, the automated process will be done after manager approval for
Platform access.
 The process flow will be updated through e-mails once the request is
approved in various stages.

Customer Bank Of Montreal(BMO)
Description ● The main process is to generate Extracts for different teams in BMO from
Capital Stream (An application to process Loan for customer that includes
all details about customer and his transactions and other bank details).
● Our purpose is to retrieve details from the application specified by the
team by developing SQL queries and send the extract files through spec ific
mechanism by packages to the teams.
● Also take the inputs (through file format) and create package and update
the application (Capital Stream) by removing duplicates and send error
mails

Description The main purpose of the application is to forecast different resources at required
period with definite skills. The applications main intention is to know which
resource would be required for a particular project in next 12 months. There could
be two users in the application one is super user and other is a normal user.
The users can be owner of the Horizontal and project .The owner of the project is
able to add forecast for the particular skill and acknowledge the Super users.
The application consists of following functionalities:

Project #5 Task Tracker
Customer Comcast
Description The main intention of the project is about tracking the status of a particular task
given to an individual. The application mainly consists of two users, one is
Supervisor and other is a normal user. Normally the super users are project
manager or team leads. The users are team members.
One super user can assign multiple tasks to a single user or can assign multiple
tasks to different users. The users can see their owned tasks and update the
status of the task which in turn could be seen by their supervisor.
Similarly a task can have subtasks and can be assigned to different other users by
Task owner.
Also the application has other features editing of task details, User details and
User approval.
