2. CIRCUS CULTURE
A circus’ culture is unique for each
one, no matter the home country, the
time, the age of it or any other
difference it may has. In a circus, all the
distinctness are suspended so magic
and art can be united.
3. FAMILY TRADITION
Most circus’ staff followed
the steps of their performers
parents, because they were
born and raised in the circus
environment.
4. BROKEN FAMILY TIES
Although most children that are born in a circus environment end up link with
this world, sometimes they decide during their teenage years to abandon such
lifestyle. Mainly because it is a demanding and tough routine.
5. HARDWORK ROUTINE
People outside the circus most
of the time don’t realize how
difficult and different the life of a
performer is. There is a lot of
sacrifices and these people has to
endure a very tough life. But it is
also hard to understand the value
and satisfaction artists in a circus
get from merely living such life.
6. NOMAD LIFE
Day after day, year after year, the life of a circus performer is made up
of traveling to a new city or town, practicing and performing.
For ten or eleven months out of the year, circus personnel travel
through the night to arrive at a new tow.
7. PERSONAL LIFE
It is very common for a circus for itself to become a
performers family. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a
week, these people has to eat, sleep, travel and train
together.
Because of that, their trust in one another is absolute as
many times their very lives depend on each other. They
endu up not sharing their work, but also the joys and
sorrows of another and makes them their own.
8. CONCLUSION
Pratically everyone loves
going to the circus, most
people however, have no real
idea of what the life of a
circus performer is like.
For people like them, the
circus means more than a
way of life, is love.
