Steps to use online system

1. Instructions to Use the
Online 360 Feedback
System

2. Once you Open the Email received from
Tamayyaz
1. Click on the Link to
access the survey

3. Once you click on the link
2. Copy the access code from the Email and Paste it in this box
3. Click on “Lets Get Started!”

4. 4. Choose one person to start assessing from the
list of people you are asked to assess
5. Fill the survey (you will have to answer all the
questions)
Once You Click on “Lets Get Started!”

5. YOU NOW HAVE 2 OPTIONS
Option 1: You want to come back
to the survey later on to review or
complete the answers

6. Once you click on “Save Evaluation”
You now have a new access code that you will have to
use the next time you want to access the survey and
complete it.
Please note that:
- before finalizing this uncompleted survey, you will not
be able to start a new one.
- A new access code will be provided every time you
click on “save evaluation”

7. YOU NOW HAVE 2 OPTIONS
Option 2: You have completed all
the questions and you are ready to
“Submit” your answers
Option 1: You want to come back
to the survey later on to review or
complete the answers

8. Once you Click on “Submit Evaluation”
If you still have to assess other people,
please click on “Home” to go back to the
home page.
